I recently bought a home with a boiler heater and needed to have it inspected/maintained. Matt (and everyone I worked with) was professional and thorough. He educated me on how the boiler works and when to get it serviced. I highly recommend this company if you want quality service and an affordable price.

We moved to the area not to long ago and were looking for a reliable "go to" HVAC service provider. I knew we were in the market for some new A/C units. After calling and talking with Efrain, I was able to lay out the situation. He answered all my questions around options, etc. He was extremely patient w/ all my questions and overall it was a really warm experience.

He sent a tech out to take a look at pretty much everything and was able to send an estimate later that day. The tech who came out seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to answer whatever questions I had. It was this specific experience that confirmed I landed on the right company.

The estimate for the new A/C units was very reasonable and after some back and forth, I had them come out an install two new A/C units and coils. The install went smooth and both techs that came out were super nice and again, answered any questions I had.

Overall, the experience was great. From start to finish.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I had a complete HVAC system instal done at my condo.

I honestly don't think a HVAC company could have provided better service if they tried. Scott and Matt from Falcon listened to my radiator issue, assessed the problem with obvious knowledge, and efficiently fixed what was wrong. On top of that, they were just nice guys. I would highly recommend Falcon for any HVAC services, they were 5 stars without a doubt!

Techs are friendly and know what they are doing. It's rare these days to find a company that is genuinely down to earth and willing to work with you. Best customer service attitude I have ever encountered! Will for sure use Falcon for all my yearly HVAC needs.

FalconHVAC recently installed central air in our condo.
As a mechanical engineer myself, I had a specific vision for our system and I sourced some of the equipment myself...creating more complex project logistics.

But these hurdles didn't phase Falcon's team.
Efrain kept in constant contact with us as he planned and scheduled the work. Carla was amazing to work with for coordinating technician visits.
There was no issue getting them back on site to finish some work after the drywallers were complete.
Everyone was incredibly kind and respectful of our home, not to mention showed up when they said they would!

I'd highly recommend FalconHVAC for anyone looking for a reliable, straight shooting HVAC contractor/technician - and this is coming from someone who designs HVAC systems every day. The final system looks fantastic and works perfectly.

My senior mothers furnace was not working. Called falcon and they came out within the hour. They were professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem. Glad find an honest company
