Steve and the team at Indoor Comfort are great. I am at my third home where I have used them and they are very reliable, very professional and provide great quality service and products. I have used others but no on is more honey and reputable. My AC went out and I was going on vacation. They got me a new unit quickly over a weekend and had it installed for me upon my return. I also had a furnace repair issue last year on Christmas Day and they came out! These folks are the best around the NW suburbs. Thank you Steve and Team Indoor Comfort!

Shopping for a new HVAC system is not fun but from the beginning Steve was very helpful and straightforward with my quote. He did not waste my time but provided expert advice and options. Once I received the quote he did not pressure me to make a decision. How refreshing!!!

The install team was on time and prepared to answer questions. They were neat, knowledgeable and had the new furnace and air conditioning unit installed in about 7 hours. Wow!!!

Indoor Comfort installed a new A/C, Heat pump, and Furnace, the experience was great. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They explained everything and quickly answered all the questions I had while they were working. I had the Carrier Infinity series installed and the immediate difference it has made in the comfort of our house was quickly apparent. I will be using Indoor Comfort for the service and maintenance on the system. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is at doing their job.

I actually had no plan to replace my AC and furnace systems this year before I met Steve at the 2022 Lake County Home Show. Steve's offer of 10% promotional discount and 5 years no-interest loan made me have a serious talk with him about replacing the 27 years old AC/furnace systems. He made a visit to my house and sent me a quote the following day. I was impressed by his honesty. The price he offered was fair enough and was just what I expected. The work was soon done by Kevin and Louis who are really professional. They came in the morning at about 8:00 am, and finished at about noon time. The systems were tested before they left and they cleaned everywhere. The AC and furnace both work very well, cooling and heating the house much faster than before. Steve was also considerate by registering the three installed devices with Carrier, the manufacturer, to ensure they are covered by the best warranty, and sent me the documents for keeping. As a customer, we always worry about being overcharged and the job could be done unprofessionally. However, Indoor Comfort made me relax and I really enjoy the comfort their work brought to me. I definitely will use them again and recommend the Indoor Comfort team to you.

We have used Indoor Comfort over the last 10 years for three new complete systems in two separate homes. We couldn’t be more pleased with are new high-end carrier Systems
They installed three complete systems with New furnaces, A coil’s & outdoor compressor system and thermostats. We’ve only ever had one emergency service call on New Year’s Eve day which they sent somebody out immediately to make repairs. It was for an upstairs system, which we were having company for the weekend.
I myself am a general contractor and very particular of subs at work with me. I met Steve the owner of at a home show probably 12 years ago or so. When I was ready for my first new system at my old house, I reached out to Indoor Comfort, Steve, Steve came right out, gave me a fantastic quote, and we were installing several days later. I can highly recommend them.

Our technician Richie could not have been nicer when explaining what may have been causing the issue. Our issue is that we purchased two full HVAC units 11 years ago and this particular unit has failed us almost every year since installation while the second unit has not needed any repair. They have replaced the coil multiple times and probably compromised other components along the way. Now that the condenser has fallen out of warranty, they refused to repair on their dime when its pretty clear that years of bad technicians caused this. To hide behind product warranty and not the worker's accountability is totally unacceptable. The recourse was to buy a new unit at a 10% discount (which is what they give any customer). Can not/will not recommend Indoor Comfort.

Have been using this company for about 20 yrs and have recommended them to all my family and friends. Great service and value. Kevin has been my service guy from the beginning and is the best.

My air conditioning went down on 06/29 At 9 pm. I called Indoor Comfort. They came in the next day. Replaced the capacitor For free (My air conditioning IS STILL UNDER WARANTY).

Replaced the necessary part for less than half the price I was quoted by someone else! Also asked for quotes on replacing the whole unit or getting a heat pump and they again beat multiple competitors. When the time comes, I will look to do business with them again!
