I just wanted to post that Indoor Comfort has been very generous to the non-profit organization that I work for - Mutual Ground. When I asked them to donate to our annual fundraising gala they went way above the call of duty. They donated two big ticket items to our silent auction that generated a nice sum of money. I have heard from the winning bidders that when they contacted Indoor Comfort to schedule their service/product installation that they were very welcoming and enthusiastic. Mutual Ground is an agency that helps survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. We are so grateful to Indoor Comfort and their amazing staff for helping us in our mission!

This company came to my home 3x this winter with no resolution after charging me each time. They swore they would go to the manufacturer for help but I never heard back. Well, I finally found someone who was able to dig deeper and solve my issue. They didn't overly charge me either. Shame on you Indoor Comfort for missing the issue and not doing anything to make it right.

They check and clean my furnace and AC. The techs are knowledgeable and are always willing to explain things. They take the time to answer any questions. They also arrive right when they are scheduled.

9 DAYS AGO I HAD A COMPLETE CARRIER HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLED. THIS INCLUDED A NEW FURNACE, AC UNIT AND EVAPORATOR COIL AS WELL AS A NEW AIR CLEANER. KEVIN, LOUIS AND DEVIN WERE GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. IT'S ONLY BEEN A SHORT TIME BUT THE SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE WORKING GOOD. I HAD RECIEVED MANY QUOTES FOR THE REPLACMENT AND STEVE WAS SELECTED ON PRICE, QUALITY OF THE CARRIER PRODUCT AND HE IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO ME. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WELL. THE ONLY MINOR ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT ON MY ESTIMATE IT STATES THAT NEW COPPER INSULATED REFRIGERANT LINES WOULD BE INSTALLED FROM THE COIL TO THE CONDENSING UNIT. THEY CUT THE EXISTING LINE AND BRAZED NEW COPPER ON BOTH ENDS. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS INSTALLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY HVAC WORK YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE DONE. ONE AGAIN THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A JOB ON THE INSTALL.

UPDATE - AFTER 13 ATTEMPTS SO FAR, THEY STILL DON'T RESPOND NOR PROVIDE MY DESERVED REFUND. THEY DON'T EVEN GET ONE STAR. They were very responsive when they are trying to sell you something, but once you sign a service contract, they don't show up for appointments; they don't respond or acknowledge you or your requests anymore. They did show up the first year, but now into the second year, they've missed three service appointments with absolutely NO explanation. I have asked for a refund for the remaining two years and they have ignored that request as well. I would never recommend them again to anyone. They don't appear to be concerned for their customers once they get your money.
