Steve and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish! They spent time explaining the process and products, pricing and install. The installers were punctual, knowledgable, organized and quick-and they installed 2 new AC units. They also in the past installed new furnaces and hot water heaters. They are terrific!

Eric, Kevin and Joe installed 2 furnaces and 2 AC units for us in less than 6 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and careful to protect our floors and furniture. The Salesman Steve was kind and understanding with all our questions.

Indoor Comfort replaced our old A/C and Furnace (23 years old) and did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Steve Kortes worked with us and gave us an estimate for a Carrier system meeting our needs and beating all other quotes. The day of the installation, Kevin and another technician came to our house on time and did a fantastic job removing the old A/C and Furnace, replacing them and leaving the area clean. Very courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Professional crew that does a great job. Did an installation of a new high efficiency a/c and furnace back in 2016. The owner even came out the morning of the install. We have had them out to perform yearly service. We will only use Indoor Comfort for our HVAC system.

We were looking to replace/upgrade our 26 year old furnace and air conditioning unit and met Steve at the Crystal Lake home show. He came over and accessed what we needed including relocating the AC unit. I got additional quotes but they came in with lesser brand equipment at higher prices. Went with Indoor Comfort and had Eric, Kevin and Paul out who diid an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. Can't say enough about the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate about referring them to anyone looking at new equipment.

My 27yr old HVAC system, still functioning, was tired and becoming costly to operate. My neighbor recommended Indoor Comfort Systems.
Steve arrived prepared with all the information I would need for a complete Carrier HVAC system. He surveyed the install area and prepared a quote for 2 different systems. His quote was spot on and with the Comfort System warranty, it was a no brainer.
Steve put me in contact with his main installer, Eric, who went over the entire installation procedure.
Eric and Ray arrived the next morning and despite adverse weather conditions completed the installation. The entire work area was cleaned and looked like they were never there. All in one day.
Before leaving, Eric educated us on the details of the system function and the operation of the Infinity thermostat.
Could not have asked for a better situation.

Indoor Comfort installed a new air conditioner for us. Great workmanship by Kevin and Austin! Everything was installed on time, no problems, and they left the place as clean as when they arrived. Thanks to Steve for helping with the quote and scheduling.

Had an issue with my AC and they sent someone out the same day. The office and the technician were both very polite. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated professionally, and repaired it on the spot. No BS at all. Seems like a very well run company in terms of professionalism and integrity. I would use them again and would recommend to others.
