I met the owner Steve at the Home and Garden Show and explained my problem. He had a tech out that Monday, Kevin who competently made adjustments and got my furnace running the way it should be. Definitely recommend this company! Thank you!

Eric did our installation and did a perfect job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our tankless water heater. He cleaned up everything and made sure everything was running properly before leaving.

I thought it was amazing how quickly they could set us up so that we wouldn't freeze anymore. Steve seemed kind. He agreed to take money down, then 3 postdated checks for three months. He didn't cash them. Three months later he cashed all three at once, causing my account to overdraw. He ignored my calls and texts. A true con man. I'm facing no money for three weeks, no ability to pay utilities, get enough food till then, get medical supplies, etc. Just as honor says what kind of person one is, dishonor also says same. Do not trust an apparent kind gesture. Do not trust him with checks. Do not trust him.

Steve, Kevin and Eric, are professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Steve and his crew have replaced all the mechanicals in my home in the past 5 years. I have referred IndoorComfort to many people, and they couldn't be happier. I bought a Carrier AC from them 10 years ago and it went out. Called them and their guy came out.

1) He didn't wear a mask or offer to wear a mask when he entered my home.
2) I needed a new coil. They set up appt for Monday. No show, I called and they said I was next and they would be calling me shortly. Called me back late afternoon Monday and was missing the part. Asked if they could come on Tuesday instead.
3) No Show on Tuesday, called at 5pm. They forgot. Said they could come out on Wednesday. At this point, they sold me something that died in 10 years (low quality), they didn't wear a mask in my home during a pandemic, they no showed me at least 2 times (really it was 3 times since they did it twice on the Monday).

Not sure what happened to this company but I would not use them. There is a lot of competition out there that treats their customers better than this.

Steve and crew installed a great new efficient HVAC system for our home that included a great deal of fabricating since the dimensions of our old unit were so different. We are looking forward to using the new Carrier equipment for many years to come.

Very professional and efficient service. Ended up having to have AC and furnace replaced after service call and they were able to get out quickly and get the job done efficiently and with great quality today. Definitely recommend!

Worst company ever.... I personally would never recommend them . Plus the owner Steve doesn't care about his customers he only cares about the money.
1) technicians do not have any ladders or other equipment to do the job.
2) They are also not experienced and have a lack of knowledge and understanding on how things need to be done and they can't even fill out the paper work correctly. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience they put me through and it all started in 7/29/16 . They are way over priced and I personally would never have them come back again. So please people run to the hills and STAY AWAY FORM INDOOR COMFORT IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOO FOR YOU!!!!

Indoor Comfort is an amazing company to do business with! We needed a new furnace in 2018 at 1st we called ABC heating ( HUGE MISTAKE! ) UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Thanks to Google we found INDOOR COMFORT! which were VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and DID NOT OVER PRICE US ON OUR FURNACE! 2 weeks ago we recently called because I thought there was an issue with our furnace also with the cold weather I didn't want to take a chance A technician was out at our home within 2 hours of calling! As it turned out to be nothing of a major issue it was my error and even with all that and as many calls they may receive in the winter the technician told me not to worry better to be safe than sorry! I was embraces myself for a high service call especially since it was my error and AGAIN INDOOR COMFORT AMAZED ME WITH THEIR SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM!
As far as the fee charged I was only charged for the service call!! INDOOR COMFORT IS THE COMPANY TO GO TO FOR HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING HANDS DOWN NO COMPARISON TO THE OTHER SO CALLED COMPANY WHICH CLEARLY HAS THEIR INTEREST IN MIND AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE DONE SO TO OTHER FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHICH HAVE USED THEM AS WELL WITH THE SAME IMPRESSED WAY OF DOING BUSINESS THEY HAVE DONE WITH US!!
DEFINITELY A CUSTOMER FROM 2018 AND CONTINUED ONE! NO NEED TO COMPARE OR LOOK ANY FURTHER THAN INDOOR COMFORT!! YOU'LL FOR SURE BE MORE THAN SATISFIED AS WE HAVE!!!
