I’ve known Andy since his days with Excel. Some things never change. He has ALWAYS been prompt and professional, and his prices reasonable. This time around he was at my door within 20 minutes of my initial phone call. Had the furnace up and running in no time. Ordered a new part and was back the next day to install, to prevent a relapse. Wouldn’t call anybody else. Thanks Andy!

We needed a new furnace. Ours was still working but was very old and it was time to be replaced. Andy came out shortly after I called to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He gave a gave a very reasonable price, which I accepted. He came back to install the next morning. The new furnace was installed and running within a few hours. Andy and his assistant were simply awesome from start to finish! I'll most certainly be calling Tinnes Services for any future HVAC needs and other home repairs.

Excellent customer service! My water heater went out on Sunday, I called Tinnes on Monday morning and Andy installed a new one by 1pm on Monday. Thank you, Andy and helper. Very friendly, excellent job!

Updating review. I gave 4 stars since this was a rental property and I was not present for the repair. I thought I had requested a call before the repair was done so I could understand what was being done. And, importantly what could I do differently in the future to prevent the issue from happening. Otherwise no complaints, will definitely call again if I have issues.

Andy has always been there for us. He has done installs and service in both my home and rental homes, also my warehouse and storefront. Nice, honest, and affordable.

Our air conditioner "died" overnight after the hottest day of the year. They came out right away the next morning, identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Very prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
