The technician that arrived to the house -promptly, was knowledgeable, clean, considerate of my house and explained what he had to do to get the furnace restarted. His ability to competently repair the issue was very much appreciated !!

Business Owner Bob Ropke runs a very professional business with a polite, thoroughly knowledgeable team. Bobby, Mike, and Mitch worked for seven hours, only breaking for lunch. As a result, this job was completed in one day. Thanks to Owner Bob's measurements of the roof access hatch in our condo building, we had options of upgrades. This included one that fit through the roof hatch. We saved considerably because our HVAC Replacement did not require a crane.

Additionally, Bob simplified the process by emailing us attachments with our new HVAC options and a price quote. These photos and highlighted features were immensely helpful in making great choices. Northern Air prides itself on cultivating good, solid business relationships with their clients. Reputation is key. Owner Bob didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. In fact, we decided to put some of the money we saved from not needing a crane into an energy efficient HVAC Filter, Aprilaire.

Finally, Kate and Stacy in Northern Air System's Office, are always pleasant and helpful. It is now my pleasure to highly recommend this company. They truly are heating and cooling experts.

I highly recommend Northern Air Systems! They have been our heating and cooling contractors for many years and are reliable, efficient and have superior customer service!

They where honest they cane fixed it and then when we had another problem they came back and re fixed it for free they where affordable and reliable we have used them alot and everytime they have done nothing more than what was needed and even went out of there way a couple times too hook up a new thermometer that they gave us we didnt even ask them to do it but they knew the line in the old one was cut so they fixed it free of charge

Great experience, the office called me multiple to set up a same day appointment. The tech stayed after business hours to finish the job.
