We've used Northern Air Systems for several years now for HVAC maintenance and have been very happy with the service they provide. We decided to replace our furnace and AC this year. We had a competitor come out and give us a quote and the saleperson was mostly interested in selling a system and didn't take any time to look at the ducts, etc. Bob from Northern Air came out to give us a bid and took measurements and made drawings before trying to sell anything. He explained everything and answered all my questions, and even made some recommendations for more efficient ductwork at a later time, if we wanted.

The installers of the unit arrived on time and worked until the unit was installed. They also answered questions we asked as they were installing the furnace and AC.

Bob has been very responsive to questions I had about rebates. The installed thermostat has lots of features that I've never worked with before and Bob has arranged a time to come out again and go over all the bells and whistles.

Northern Air Systems, Inc. has a great reputation. A friend in the community recommended them, and we are very satisfied with their repair work. Joe fixed both our AC and Furnace. He is a professional and did an excellent job. Our thanks to this fine company.

We've used Northern Air for at least 15 years. They're hugely knowledgable, professional and friendly, reasonably priced - and they do not oversell where there is no problem. They just downright inspire confidence. They're part of the "cadence" of our life - we see them every 6 months.

We've also had emergency service from them a few times over the years - what can I say, things happen! - and they can be counted on to be there and know exactly what to do - in our case, during a couple of heating emergencies in dead of winter.

In sum, they are old-school in a new-school, neighborly kind of way. Big thumbs up!

Joe our technician was AWESOME. He located the problem and found other issues that were never done when the house was built 11yrs ago! We were both shocked. Kate the scheduler was very helpful as well. I would totally recommend Northern Air Systems to anyone and will continue to use them if problems arise in the future.

I now know why they have 5 stars. Easily my best repair service experience. I did my due diligence and called around to other recommendations from family and friends and figured that if the estimate was fair, I would stick with the local company just because. They came in as soon as they could, and were knowledgeable, courteous, and determined to figure out my issue quickly, since it was 5 below outside and my kids could see their breath Inside the house. We have an annual appointment now and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Bob!

Gary was great! He arrived on time and completed the maintenance and inspection quickly and efficiently. Gary took the time to explain how the heating and humidifier works (as I am a new homeowner I was not familiar with that). I would definitely recommend Northern Air!

They were very knowledgeable and timely. They provided a whole new AC and Heating system that works very quiet and efficiently.
I know have remote thermostats so I can control my air from my phone.

Called on Memorial Day with my air not working, knee surgery the next day in 90 degree heat outside and now 85 degrees inside, NORTHERN jumped into action to schedule me the next day, ordered a part and to schedule a return visit. So very impressed with this company. From Kate in the office and the tech, Eric that helped get my air conditioning up and running truly an exceptional staff. Eric explained everything thoroughly, very professional and courteous. Can not say enough about this company!!
