Northern Air Systems did a great job. They called ahead and were flexible with their scheduling. They talked through everything so we knew what to expect and offered solutions for the future.

We recently had to call Northern Air Systems out to replace an Inducer Motor that had been replaced under a year ago, also by Northern. Eric came out but did not have correct part in truck so came out a few days later and completed repair. Lennox initially claimed their warranty was only 30 days, but upon further review and with Northern's urging they did warranty their product and refund the part cost. Thanks to All Kate, Stacy, Eric and Owner Bob for their support on this matter

Have done business with Northern Air Systems for a number of years, including entirely new HVAC system and regular maintenance (on both old system and new system). Knowledgeable, reasonable cost, excellent service, courteous staff -- these guys are the best!

Promised to take a look at my job. I Tried following up multiple times and got no response. Finally heard back 5 days later that he is too busy. Being without heat, i just lost valuable 5 days. Not a great way to treat a potential customer. Would not recommend.

Called them in AM, and they sqeezed me in by noon... No emergency charge!
Technician "Joe" was efficient... Didn't dilly dally around wasting time. He found the cause of the problem within 10 minutes.

Joe was the tech that came out for our Spring inspection. Pleasant, neat , prompt. Called a problem to our attention and explained it quite clearly.Answered our questions and in general represented the quality that is representative of this company's standards. Highly recommend

Recently had Central A/C installed. They were very polite, professional, and did an excellent job. They pay attention to details. Their prices are fair and they do exactly what they say they will.
