Northern Air has been our HVAC system preventative maintenance service company since we bought this home in 2013. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend the annual contract!

Once again Northern checked out our system carefully and professionally, looking at all components and making sure they were operating properly. Found a badly spliced wire that had come unlodged and as is left the dehumidifier unworkable. Problem was addressed quickly and saved us alot of head scratching through the summer.

i have been a contract heating and AC inspection customer for many years, and have come to rely on the thorough job they always do for me. This is not a quick in and out look before moving on to the next appointment -- usually an hour or more is spent going over every detail of my equipment. Paying for this twice-a-year service sure beats taking my chances on a summer or winter crisis later.

I decided to give this local business a chance at fixing my furnace when it went out overnight during sub-zero temps, rather than calling the business that had stickers on my unit from prev owners. I was NOT disappointed! From the answeing service, to the dispatcher, and the service tech...ALL were pleasurable, thorough, efficient, and cost effective. It was my pleasure, and i'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Have had Northern Air for furnace and air conditioning service since moving into newly built house in 2002. Highly, highly recommend Norther Air. All service technicians and office staff always go above and beyond with their knowledge and friendliness.

Great service on a couple of old boilers. Technician tried a number of low-cost potential solutions before recommending a higher cost replacement. Willing to teach me how to keep it running until we did replace needed components. Did not charge for solutions that ended up not working.

My furnace was running on and on and not keeping up with the thermostat so I called Northern Air Systems. The gentleman who responded did so within an hour or so and after some preliminary discussion and inspection of my furnace he was able to troubleshoot why this was happening. To fix it required a mere filter change. He explained the situation as since we were using tap water in our newly purchased humidifier, it caused mineral deposits to be collected by the filter to a point of restricted airflow which caused the furnace to "over heat" and trigger it to shut down. Once it cooled it would start right up again. He changed the filter and I've had no further issues since. The cost was in line with the services provided.

We have 2 service visits a year at our 2 office bldgs, Spring and Fall. Gary is fantastic and very pleasant to work with. I like the company so much, I have used them at my house too!
