Jason M. is outstanding. He is well-versed in his trade, and is honest and reliable. He diagnosed a recurring plumbing issue we've been experiencing, and repaired it to prevent recurrence. I can't recommend him strongly enough.

Justin came out to our house last night for our sewer being backed up into our basement. He was great! He got the service done within an hour and was very helpful with educating us on how to further prevent issues and what we can do in the future if needed. Overall great experience and grateful that service was able to do be done in the middle of the night! Highly recommend.

Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our water heater, water softener, and sump pump problems. He took time to explain everything to me and answer my numerous questions, he was timely and detail oriented, he gave me options, and the cost was more reasonable than other companies who had looked at the same issues.

We awoke to the 2nd floor plumbing raining into our kitchen table. Was given J&R info previously from a neighbor who was impressed by them. Called right away and they were there within 20 minutes.
