J&R Herra replaced an ejector pump and identified additional needed repairs on the ejector pit. More specifically, Mike was professional, efficient, and extremely personable. I appreciated the way he immediately diagnosed the problem then identified that the existing ejector cover and check valve had failures too. He educated me while being mindful of additional costs. I understand that additional parts and cost could be a factor but getting the job done correctly and understanding the repairs has always been the priority for me. Mike was the plumber, teacher, and accountant today. It was a pleasure to talk with him and his workmanship was/is clean and high quality. I’d recommend J&R Herra and Mike to anyone needing plumbing services.

Justin was amazing!. He was on time and very professional. He was able to fix my low flow kitchen faucet and I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I love this company and I'll tell you why. They are priced right - They are always professional - They answer the phone and actually call you back when needed. More important though are their employees that actual came out to my house. I had multiple plumbing issues lately on my 18yr old home. John was here today and I ran to do this review. He was on time - He was super thorough - He explained so much to me - He actually wanted me to ask questions!! We had them out to replace furnace and Ac, they did a great job. We than found a leaky wax ring on toilet that others had tried to fix for us, but always leaked like a year later. Tech told me what was wrong and why showed me how he was gonna fix it. Great service!!! Fair price

After seeing their trucks all over the tri-cities, we decided to give them a try after realizing our basement ejector pump was not working properly. The entire process of scheduling an inspection, completing the work and billing was fast, friendly, done quickly, cleanly and SAME DAY we called for service. We would rate ten stars if we could!

From start to finish I had a great experience with J&R Herra plumbing. John P. did an excellent job install a replacement shower in a location where I had an odd size shower. Start to finish in half a day and it looks fantastic.

Over the years I have always been able to count on Heidi to orchestrate the services that I need. This is extremely valuable to me as I live out of state and I have rented this home for many years to tenants. I need a company that I can count on for both value and reliability. They never disappoint.

Today John came out to install a new faucet in the kitchen. The job turned out to be far more complicated than he had anticipated. Because new granite countertops and a deeper sink were just installed, it created difficulty with the garbage disposal. John was able to save the relatively new garbage disposal and the whole job came together beautifully. Oh yes, and he also installed a new faucet in my upstairs bathroom.

John was patient and explained all the steps that needed to be taken to complete the job. When he was finished there were no surprises, the price he quoted me was exactly what he said it would be.

I would without hesitation not only refer this business but will also hire them for the services that I need in the future.
