John did great work! Efficient professional and did a great job explaining what was wrong.

There were some complications with a seemingly simple wax ring repair on our toilet. Jeff was prepared to handle the job and finished in a couple of hours. Great work, courteous and professional. Will be calling J&R Herra for my next home improvement projects.

Call for service to replace posi temp cartridge for Moen Shower. Service call charge for estimate is $89 if service is accepted $89 to be applied to estimate.
Quote to replace cartridge and Labor was $675. Bought the parts and special tool for less than $100. Completed job within 30-45 minutes. Will never use this company again.

I needed a new garbage disposal & to have water line reconnected after new counter top installation. Service is always impeccable. Only 3 stars as they are extremely overpriced. $750….crazy

Our ejector pump failed on a Sunday. Service tech, Don, was out early Monday morning to replace it. He was polite & quickly made the necessary repairs. We have always been pleased with all plumbing & heating/AC work that they have done for us.

J & R Herra did a fantastic job! Sewer pipe cracked on a Sunday night and they jumped into action to help rectify the issue until further assessment. Excellent work coming to service our existing tankless water heater and diagnosing the need to be replace. Replacement happened within 24 hours. All around professional and quality job. John was amazing. He came back after installing an emergency sump pump to upgrade out equipment to hopefully avoid a basement full of water in the future! In speaking to him he and the team will be back for additional upgrades to make our equipment more efficient. Great service and awesome knowledge
