    Randall Heating and Cooling has been our go-to for the last 5 years. When we phoned them at 9 p.m. with a heating emergency (the boiler had shut off owing to an error code), we were able to connect with one of the experts, who was tremendously helpful on the phone. To make sure everything was working properly, he scheduled service for the next morning and resolved the issue. Thumbs up!!

    If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. The Water Heater they installed at the beginning of June 2022 went out on a Thursday night in the beginning of October 2022. I called and made an appointment for Friday and since I paid extra for the premium service earlier in the year, there would be no service charge.

    The technician called me on Friday to confirm the appointment, but then told me I should call the office to have them send the technician that installed it in June. I asked him if he could speak with them directly about his concern. I assumed the window of time they gave me (between 2:30pm and 5:30pm) was still valid. When no one showed, I called the office for an update. They told me the tech was running late from his other appointment and I could reschedule for Monday. Unacceptable! They wouldn't call that tech to get him to either come out later that evening or Saturday.

    Since I had his number from when he called earlier, I called him directly. He apologized and committed to coming at 9am on Saturday. He didn't show. I called the office again and again they wanted to schedule for Monday. I asked to speak to the supervisor or owner. They said they didn't have that information. I couldn't understand why they couldn't escalate this issue. They ended up hanging up on me, not once, but twice. Terrible customer service.

    I finally was able to get one of their techs out on Sunday. They said the water heater needed a new gas control valve, which they didn't have and I needed to order from the manufacturer. That tech told me if I wanted him to install it, he would have to charge me for installation. Didn't they just install it in June? Do they not guarantee their work? Either way, the manufacturer ended up sending their own tech for free. There was nothing wrong with the gas control valve. There was a lot of soot built up the just needed to be cleaned. Completely different issue that will be resolved.

    A week later, I get an email saying my ticket is still open and if they don't hear from me, they'll consider the matter closed. This is the same ticket that is requesting someone to contact me, the customer.

    Overall, terrible customer service. Paying extra for the "premium" membership is not worth it. I'm still considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.

    I decided to go for Randall Heating and Cooling company after many competitive quotes for the replacement of my Air Conditioner that had become old. The technicians who worked on the AC were very knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking and professional from the initial sales meeting to the end of the installation. Everything was delivered and installed as promised. I will highly recommend Randall Heating and Cooling services to my friends.

    My sister and I all use Randall Heating and Cooling. From instillation to service no one will take better care of you than Steve and his team. Steve has been taking care of our families AC/Heat for 5years, when you meet him you will wish every person that came to fix or help you with something at your house was as respectable, nice and honest as him. I can not say enough good things about Randall Heating and Cooling.

Every time we have had them out, I have been very happy with the bill but especially happy with the service and knowledge.     Randall’s heating and cooling came to replace my furnace. They got their money and didn’t finish the job! The issue that I’m having with them is that upon installation the installer didn’t complete the job. He didn’t have the pvc pipe to connect the AC unit and stated that he would come back the next morning to install it. This happened in February it is presently May and he has of yet to perform this task. So we call today stating the issue and were told they would call back, Nothing!!!

    The office of Randall Heating and Cooling was very prompt, courteous, sending out Technician came on same day and he did a thorough job. He even changed the air filter and gave Information on replacement of original fan battery being down to 3% and replaced. Please convey my appreciation for cleaning the outside unit and a job well done.
