Randall Heating and Cooling

Greg was our tech was very punctual, polite and kind. He worked with us to find a furnace and air conditioner to fit our home needs and budget. Scheduling process was fast and smooth.The technicians were on time on the day of install and were very courteous, mindful and careful. They kept me informed during the process and finished the job right on time. I cannot say enough about how great and reliable they are. Thanks!

I had called Randall around 11am Friday(11/5) and they had told me the quickest non member appointment would be Monday. Then they offered an appointment for friday(11/5) for members. I thought “awesome I’ll sign up because it’s freezing in the house”. They charge me $149 (yearly fee) and give me a window 3-6pm great. Around 2pm I receive a text with the words “Randall heating and cooling” that’s it. No phone calls or anything. Not sure how to respond to that so I didn’t. Now at 6pm they never showed up. I had called Randall and they claimed they called twice and texted. I never receive a single call or voice mail and only receive that text saying “Randall heating and cooling”. Instead of apologizing or making it right they offered to send someone out monday(remember today is Friday. And no heat). Never going to call them again and I refunded my membership. Very unprofessional.

We have had 3 different companies come out and look at the AC the past few years and no one could ever fix the problem. Randall Heating and Cooling came out within a few hours and stayed until midnight to fix the problem. Staff were friendly and did a thorough job. Great experience.

Randall Heating and Cooling is always efficient and courteous. The tech knew what he was doing and was very kind and cordial. I've called on a number of air conditioning companies over the years but since discovering Randall Heating and Cooling a couple of months ago, I would never call anyone else.

Our heat went out! The Randall Heating and Cooling technician arrived and had my heat restored in less than 30 minutes. Great expert knowledge and his experience was outstanding. Kudos!

Robin is the name of the technician who serviced my furnace last week. He informed me what caused the noise in my furnace and was able to install a part that had broken. He also easily reset my heating temperature schedule. I highly recommend him and his company to many other.

Our air conditioning went out on a brutally hot and humid day and Randall Heating and Cooling not only was attentive on the phone but made a service check happen within 2 hours of the call and the technician Greg immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it at a reasonable rate. I wish all service related companies were this good.
