I first spoke to Diego from Eco Air, he was very helpful with explaining the process to me. It was easy to schedule service and the crew appeared promptly. they treated my home with respect and made sure to leave everything as it was before their arrival. They sent pictures of the air ducts before and after and I was glad I got them cleaned (recently renovated). They are easy to talk to and very customer service oriented. I will be doing my AC/Furnace Maintenance with them as well. Update: I did my ac and furnace maintenance with them and they made it super easy. Also informative.

Had eco pros install a new A/C unit and furnace a few months ago in the summer. Everyone from the office to the workers have been great. The price was very fair, and the response to any issues (very minimal) were taken care of immediately. Highly recommend!

Had a furnace issue, prices beat 4 Seasons & I was a long-standing customer with them. Almost got taken for a 9000 btu high efficiency furnace when all I needed was the rated 7500-8000 required furnace. The installers explained it much better than what the 4 Seasons guy did.

Technician was on time and knew what was wrong right away. He should get a raise! This business does not disappoint. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with this company. When they called to ask about my concerns, they were very professional. Eco Air also suggested other services that I needed. The technician arrived promptly and went right to work. I have lived in a house most of my life, and I could tell he was experienced. He cleaned up the area afterwards. The cost was reasonable for the services I received. I would definitely recommend them.

I called because my furnace was failing in -20 degree weather , I thought this establishment would be honest and reliable. They sent someone in to come inspect it, whom was clueless didn’t know what was wrong with my furnace. The technician said the only way to find out was to buy parts and switch them out to see what the issue is, not sure how this person is even working in this field if they don’t know how to fix a simple furnace issue.
Not only that but he instead told me that I need an entire new furnace because there was no reason to put money into my furnace and suggested I buy a new furnace that would run me $4k-5k.
He charged me 100$ just to come out here and tell me nothing.

I instead called an old friend that has experience with furnaces and was able to fix it by just cleaning out the parts and sanding the igniter. No need to replace my furnace as the technician from Eco Air tried to persuade me to do.

TLDR- dishonest technician tried to sell me on buying a new furnace and lied about the condition of my furnace in hopes of making a sale and getting payed more on extra labor.

Excellent service and professionalism from the technicians. Reasonable price and on time appointments. Technicians will answer all your questions.

These guys know their stuff. My furnace went out and they visited, quoted and installed a new furnace in record time. The whole team is fantastic but I want to shout out Marco for his speed, professionalism, product knowledge and for cleaning up after himself. They earned a lifetime customer this week
