Fast and great service they cleaned my air ducts and fixed my heating unit.

Prior to them coming out, they followed-up with text messages and phone calls to ensure that they could do the work. During assessment, they explained everything that they were going to do, very knowledgeable about the service they provided and they made me feel comfortable with them doing the work.

They were very professional. They kept us updated by texts as to their arrival times and throughout the installation. They cleaned up and left things as they found them. We were very pleased. We used them twice for 2 different furnaces.

The only thing I would have liked was for them to offer a Senior Citizen discount as replacing 2 furnaces in a few months apart was very costly.

Bravo! I have always needed these guys in my life! They estimated quickly bc they know their stuff, installed as promised, they finished as planned AND they cleaned up super well! Their responsiveness is A++ and their finished work LOOKS like someone who knows what they’re doing…They will get my business again.

I had first called FIRE and ICE Harwood Heights (not affiliated with Downers Grove one) I don’t recommend them, to keep it short they are a bunch of crooks, unprofessional (no masks or shoe coverings) and their business should retire – they completely destroyed my 1989 boiler which was still in working order. Knowing I had no choice and needing a replacement during the winter months, they gave me an estimate which was extremely over priced for a Goodman furnace and ac, and they wanted 80% down payment, no financing, then when I told them that I’m going to look around for comparison they got extremely defensive and tried to say other companies were no good.
Back to the real PROS, EcoAir was referred by a family member and could not be more thankful with the top notch work they did from the start to end. Called them and Diego (the owner) is extremely patient, professional, and honest. He answered all my questions and I felt no pressure to purchase anything from them. They are exclusively with Rheem brands, 10 year parts and labor with maintenance plan. He gave me 2 different makes and models so I can compare price and efficiency. Prices were reasonable and under 10K (AC and Furnace) for the size of my house, they also offer financing. When he sent one of his techs (Ruben) for an estimate, he came fully masked and wore shoe coverings. The whole process took about a week, mainly it was myself who took long because I was doing my research and making sure I had the budget for this unexpected major expense. On their part realistically took 2 days, the other techs (Ivan and Marco) were also fully masked and with shoe coverings anytime they had to come inside the house, my furnace was installed in the attic but to enter the attic was from the side of the house. They were also very careful in removing the boiler and pipes, very respectful not to ruin the walls or floors. Only delay was looking for a licensed plumber to run a gas pipe installation to the attic which was very difficult during the week of rain and snow. Eventually, Diego and his team of techs (Ruben, Ivan, Marco) helped me and our family get some much needed heat! Also want to add, that they send you text reminders of your appt and when the techs are on their way, and they were on time every time. I don’t wish anyone to have their heat break down during the winter months but when the unexpected happens, I guarantee this company will help you!

Ivan and Alberto are true PROs!! They managed a difficult double furnace swap in our multi unit building during the cold of winter. They were very professional, swapped both furnaces and air conditioners in record time, and worked incredibly hard across the two day project.

I highly recommend Eco air pros!! Excellent work in a timely manner, very professional, everything‘s working great! They were 1/3 less than four seasons heating and cooling and half the price of black diamond! What an outstanding value and greatly appreciated!

Leak in the pvc pipe connection to furnace. The technician was very professional, courteous and made sure I understood what he was doing. I will use them again.
