I can't express how grateful my family and I are for the excellent folks who work here. Their effort and transparency reflect their honesty and integrity. Fred was very ready to patiently and thoroughly walked us through our many alternatives, answering every question. Good businessmen are few and far between, and Fred is one of them. We appreciate Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning and will continue to use them in the future. Throughout the servicing call, we felt completely at ease.

The team at Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing. We scheduled our yearly check with them and quickly found an issue with our furnace . They sent out a senior repair/install guy to take a closer look. They did not charge me for the first visit. He was able to band aid the furnace, and said it wouldn’t last long. While we were debating fixing vs new install, the furnace started acting up again (2 days after). We decided to just get a new furnace. They did great!

The gentleman who came out to do the maintenance was great. Quick, thorough, and fixed the issues without trying to add on extra fees. If I have any issues in the future, I feel like I could call this company and get our problems resolved in a timely, cost effective manner. Chris did an overall excellent job replacing our injector nasal and oil filter from our tank. All said and done he was done with the job in about 45 minutes he hung around to make sure the heater was working and giving us the heat we needed. Contractors subcontracted their work to another company but didn't document it. That caused our job request to never be completed. Contractors claimed to escalate the issue to their manager, but never followed thru. I called them several times, over several days but the phone representative would not transfer to a manager.

Never pay cash with these shady people. I ended up doing a credit card charge back to get my money back.
