I had a new air condition replaced & installed in my house. Wayne was very knowledgeable and very professional and very fair! I recommend Apex Energy to anyone that needs furnace problems,including replacement of furnace and air conditions install!

Gary was fantastic! Professional, kind, and above all, worked quickly and accurately. Installed two ecobee electronic thermostats, programmed them, and cleaned two furnaces. We’ve used Apex many times in the past and will continue to use them. Great job!

Boiler stopped working and was blowing circuit breaker. Circulating pump went out and needed to be replaced. Wayne came out and changed the pump for us quickly and perfectly. Boiler was up and running great again in an hour. Thank you Wayne! We appreciate it!

This is the second time Wayne has had to come to my rescue this year alone. He was at my house on the coldest day of the year 12/23/22 and again on Christmas EVE to temporize my furnace until everything was open again the following week. So helpful and responsive. Can’t say enough good things about Apex!

On one of the hottest days of the year, my AC stopped running. I was referred to them by a friend and I called them at 9:00am. Fortunately, they had just had a cancellation and were here diagnostic testing by noon, and I was up and running by 4:00pm. They replaced my motor and informed me that it was near the end of its life. While I knew this already, I was thankful that they didn’t put the high pressure sell on me. I know who I will call when I do my replacement. Def 5 star service.

I was referred to Apex by a friend- and I came to find out that many of their customers are also referrals. The reason is rather simple: Apex knows what they are doing; they take pride in their work; they do what needs to be done, not more; they are prompt with and they charge a fair price. I have an older home with both radiator and forced air systems, and have had many companies service my units. Apex did by far the most thorough cleaning we have had- and they identified a couple issues that no one else had. (They also told me that I didn't need to do other things as well; those could wait). There was no pressure to undertake the work that they identified, but by doing a few things now we are much better shape for the future. I highly recommend Apex.
