Wayne is awesome and extremely knowledgeable! Showed up same morning I called. Just bought my house. Original boiler from 1966 was making loud popping noises when it ignited and gave off a smell of gas that morning. I was expecting to replace it which google says 8-12k. Wayne and his right hand man took it apart, cleaned it, and fixed the loud popping noise while adding a few missing parts for a very reasonable fee. He gave me the option to replace another piece to make it run a little quiter but recommend I test it out first before spending the money. After a few nights we realized its quiet enough, which saved another $600. The much needed maintenance should give me a few more years before it needs replaced. When that time finally comes, Wayne and his crew will be the team to do it.

Wayne and his guys are always nice and respectful. I find them to be honest and I never feel like I am being sold something or uncharged. We have been using Wayne and his company since 2013. They are quick to respond, explain what is going on and help fix the problem. I will continue to refer this company because they are the best!

Wayne and his crew did an amazing job installing a new boiler and tank for my hydronic heating system. He was able to correct an issue we had supplying heat to the second floor. They installed new heating units in our basement on the same system. Our house is perfectly heated now.

I called Apex to make an appointment to give my furnace a check up. I spoke with Lyn on a Friday who was very friendly & was able to book an appointment for us on Monday. Wayne arrived & was super professional and punctual. They recommended one repair that they were able to do quickly with little extra cost. I highly recommend Apex!!!

Apex energy came within 30 minutes of our service call. They were so professional, and gave us a very competitive quote. They were able to fix our furnace that day and the charge was much less than what we were anticipating. Will definitely use them again!!!

AC Service

My AC with the warmer air did not start after winter having furnace on.

I called Apex spoke to Lynne she assured me they will be able to help. As we are in a pandemic (Covid-19) situation I was concerned but she put my mind to ret that they are taking every precaution necessary to be safe. I was worried as I was told before that I will have to replace my AC unit. Wayne was right on time and manage to revive my AC unit. I was amazed as I knew all business are hurting, they did not try to take advantage of me. They totally could have sold me a new unit. Wayne was so professionally he got my unit working and charge me for a service call. Very reasonable but best service ever will never use any other company.

Apex Energy is awesome! Always available for emergency calls, and they provide the best service. I've found them to be straight shooters, which is so refreshing when you're the type of person that has zero knowledge of HVAC issues. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

I've used Apex Energy several times on an older furnace and A/C unit. I was concerned that we would need to replace both units, but Wayne was able to put in fix that kept both units running and giving me some time to save up for replacements. Some time later, we purchased a new construction home and Wayne helped us figure out the best configuration for our HVAC. Both of the Waynes are very responsive and give solid advice. Highly recommend them.
