Hearthstone Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve used Dave at Hearthstone Heating and Air Conditioning for over ten years and he’s consistently been responsive, on time, professional, and done quality work in our home. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. Hearthstone also has a top-notch plumbing staff that does very high-quality work and understands even the most complex job. Great work aside, the people are the reason we have remained loyal. From phone conversations with the lovely Diana in the office, right on through to the completion of the task at hand—these are very professional and trust worthy folks, which is paramount when someone is working in our home. Hearthstone is a gem of a business.

We have used Hearthstone for the last 20 years. Initially, they helped us support an older AC and furnace system that was poorly designed and problematic. Regretfully, we tried to limp along with that system way too long. 10 years ago, we had them install a new Carrier system and they recommended several changes to the system including changing some of the ducts. The results were incredible. The system was a huge improvement to the comfort of the home. We could not be happier until the other day. During a routine service call they identified that the electronic air cleaner was not working correctly and Dave went above and beyond to fix it. These guys are the best. The are knowledgeable, professional and are always there to service your HVAC equipment.

Replaced an existing Carrier HVAC system with a new Carrier Furnace and Heat Pump/Air Conditioning system recommended by Hearthstone's Dave Selke. He was very knowledgeable about assessing what would be best for my home and their prices were very competitive. From our first meeting through the final installation Dave made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend Hearthstone for trouble free and economical installation experience.

Hearthstone installed my new furnace yesterday. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. Each person on their team was very knowledgeable and professional. They all took the extra time to make me aware of all my options and to make sure I understood and to guide me through these options before finalizing. The firm’s president came to my house and spent nearly 2 hours to fully assess my needs to in order to recommend the best system for me. I trust them completely and would definitely recommend them.

Paul was fantastic. I called at 7:00am when we woke up to a 59 degree house on a very cold day. By 8:00am Paul was here. Had the problem diagnosed by 8:05 and by 8:35 the motor in my furnace was replaced and heat was on! Fair prices, personable service and extremely fast without any “emergency fees” or anything like that.

Would recommend and will be using Hearthstone again if the need ever arises.

Hearthstone HVAC is the best. At 3 a.m. this morning I woke up to a cold house. After 15 minutes of troubleshooting, I left a message on their answering service. I was called back in 5 minutes and a repair man was at my house by 5 a.m. Turns out loose garbage had wrapped itself around my furnace exhaust pipes and that is why the furnace would not start. They are reliable, courteous & honest. I would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I was more than impressed with Hearthstone. I called at 7:45 the day after Christmas, in the midst of a polar vortex. They had a repairman to my property within 30 minutes. Furnace was repaired in an hour and the service man, Zack, was incredibly nice and professional.

Although we had a mild winter, my furnace stopped working and it was cold inside my home. I called Hearthstone Heating in the early hours and the service center said they would page a technician. Within the hour the technician called me and asked me questions on what was happening. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and he said he had the part on his truck. He arrived and verified the situation and replaced this part. He said it is a common problem and they usually always have the parts on the truck with them. I was really impressed. My neighbor gave me their phone number and now I have it on my fridge.
