We were extremely pleased with our repair service. It was a busy time for Campbells and they were able to fit us into their schedule. Matt, our service man, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

The furnace at my office wasn't functioning last winter and it was 55 degrees inside when I arrived. Mike had someone out there within the hour and got it back and running so we could open for business. Campbell's was a pleasure to do business with!

Installation of new furnace was not up to professional standards.

some of their money saving maintenance plans are costly and appear to be not money saving
New furnace, condensing unit installed by Campbells Tempracure in May 2015, I have copies of work orders, cancelled checks and other documents, apparently your record keeping is as shoddy as you workmanship.

No follow through, no call back. Had to make 3 different appointments before we finally had a reapair man show, who couldnt give me answer, because he didn't do proper tests that were asked for, so he says "it could be A coil but there might be a leak somewhere else, I didn't run any dye through it", and then wanted money. So basicly what was said was pay me $200, buy an A coil and if it still leaks then they would have to come back out run the test we asked for and buy another part. Extra money for them. Nice try! So we then scheduled for owner to come out, who bailed on us and sent another repair man who did finally do the tests and tell us what was wrong. Repair man left, said owner would call, been waiting over a week for the call. Extremely dissapointed.

This company was beyond wonderful. Mike the owner was so helpful and knew what he was talking about and was so extremely helpful...The two gentleman that installed everything were friendly, professional and did an excellant job. I cannot say enough about this company!

Matt B. Was Awesome!! We had to get a Tee Flue pipe installed and clean and check our furnace. Overall Matt answered all my questions and got the job done.

Had an emergency call on the coldest night of the year. Fast response and arrival. The technician had the part needed and was able to get the heat going again. Perfect service and greatly appreciated

They were very prompt and professional. I have had trouble with other HVAC contractors in the past. They were able to quickly resolve my problems. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A/C quit working Sunday afternoon I called Campbells and the owner actually answered the phone. Said he would put me on the Monday schedule as the first appointment. Excellent service wish all companies were like Campbells
