We recently had a new heating and cooling system installed and absolutely would recommend Campbell’s. Mike was so patient and explained all the options and the difference between all the systems so that we could make the best decision for our needs. They crew was friendly, clean and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. Yesterday we called Mike for a heating issue our daughter had and already today it’s been handled and my family has heat again! We will always call on Campbell’s for our heating and cooling needs!

We have been extremely satisfied customers of Campbell's for many years. Mike and his team has never failed to deliver the highest levels of support. Campbells has done the installation and annual maintenance on our furnace, water heater and central air conditioning system.

By way of example to demonstrate how responsive Mike is, just this past weekend the AC stopped blowing cool air. Late Saturday afternoon, I called Mike and left a message. As it was a hot, humid midwest summer weekend, I understood that he and the team would be busy. But with 2 hours Mike called me back, offered a couple of suggestions to remedy the situation. He said if the situation was not fixed to text and let him know. Unfortunately the fixes did not correct the problem. Mike was texted on Sunday morning and within 4 hours he was at the house with the correct part. We now have a cool comfortable home.

Mike and his team are always responsive, courtesy and thorough. That is why we have been and will continue to be loyal customers. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would be selected as many as possible

We contacted Campbell's on the hottest Saturday in the afternoon. I know he and his crews had to have been completely booked. Mike showed up himself somehow within two hours. Our AC was back running within a few minutes from his arrival. Fast service, fair pricing all delivered with a smile and a laugh or two! Highly recommend! Thanks Mike!

Worse company in Crystal lake area and McHenry county.
Do yourself a favor and hire different HVAC company, Very dishonest people, especially the owner MIKE!!
PLEASE STAY away from this company, Get a second opinion especially if the owner MIKE tells you that you need a new furnace or a new AC system!! Don't trust this company!! especially the owner Mike, he show up for an estimate almost DRUNK with a very strong odor of alcohol, and opened Beer bottle in his red pick up.
Then if you do hire them to replace your furnace or AC system Please make sure that he apply for a city Permit.
Their prices are way too high compares to other local companies, Not mentioning that my system didn't need to be replaced.
One of his employees mention that the owner Mike is a VERY DISHONEST and unfair!! That they have to wait more than couple weeks to get pay And sometimes they don't even got pay for the hours that he make them work, couple of coworkers needed to look for a different job Because he never pay them.
I will never call this company again, and will not recommend it to anybody,
Save your money in call different company!!

On 3/11/19 our furnace quit. I called another company to come out, which he did and said he would be back on 3/12 in the morning to replace the "inducer". He never arrived and would not answer our repeated phone calls. At this point it had been approx. 16 hours without heat. In desperation I found Campbell's TempraCure online and called. I explained what the circumstances were and asked if there was any possibility a tech could come out that day. The woman in the office was very nice and said she would send a text to Mike Campbell and he would be in touch with my husband. He did so quickly. After sending information regarding the part, Mike and tech Tyler arrived at our home and just like that we had heat - after almost 24 hours! We are very pleased with the response and work & in fact, Mike and Tyler were very friendly after the work was completed that the 4 of us chatted for quite awhile. We will definately use Mike and his team in the future!

I can’t thank Mike Campbell enough for going the extra mile for me when my air handler died on me. Both of them, Paul and Mike were great handling everything from the quote to putting down sheets in my house and getting the job done ….. and Mike understood my financial concerns to a tee and worked with me in a crunch!!!! Mike is a consumate professional with skill and knowledge second to none. Mike was with us the whole way, educating and advising us every step. Mike delivered an awesome, brand new central air system with greater quality and at a superior cost than other contractors we looked at! His "Dream Team" installers worked efficiently and left no mess, taking our old 30 year old system with them. 5 stars simply do not explain how completely appreciative we are of Mike and all the great people at Campbell's Tempracure!

I used a few different HVAC service providers that gave the run around and wanted to make an extra buck just because I'm not versed on HVAC. I was referred by a couple of neighbors to Campbell's, which we've been using for the last 3 years and I will continue to use them. They're a honest company with knowledgeable and personable technicians. They have never gouged me or gave me a run around - just a honest, local business that cares about their customers. I recommend staying away from the big chains - their commissions mean more to them than the loyalty of their customers.

Update- New furnace installed last year and worked great. Campbell returned for the yearly service and did the typical check and clean. The next day I heard the furnace running everytime I stopped to listen and noticed an AC error code on the thermostat. Contacted Mike who came out that day and determined the printed circuit board in the furnace was fried. He got shocked by the wires and went out to the back where he checked my AC condenser and thats when he discovered a mouse had eaten threw the wires and committed suicide. Unfortunately the 240 volts that came into the furnace and then the thermostat didnt survive either. Parts were replaced on warranty, and after several days of no heat, all is good again. I think when you find a business like Mike's, you know you got a good one and stick with them. See you guys in the spring to further mouse proof my AC condenser.

everything was good. Have given this company a lot of business over the years. I purchased a furnace and ac unit which Mike Campbell warrantied. Unfortunately this company did not honor that warranty. My ac has a leak in the system.Mike Campbell told me, in writing it is a bad cooling coil. He brought out a replacement coil but ended up not fixing because he brought out the wrong one, on 3 separate occassions. This charade went on for three years...end result i still have a broken system and Mike Campbell told me to find someone else...good luck.
