My hot water heater pilot light was out. First time I ever had to deal with & by myself.
Viewed You Tube video & did what i could to resolve the issue to no avail.
I called Campbell's Tempra Cure & got the owner Mike.
I asked two questions - service call & availability, and Mike responded that we may be able to fix the problem over the phone. OK!!!!!!!!!!
I was all for that!!!
Mike was very good in guiding me through the steps, always professional & easy to speak with, until my problem was resolved.
Now do I not only have my hot water back, i have learned how to fix it on my own.
I can't say enough how terrific I feel about that total experience & the ease Mike made it seem to be, when before all thoughts of what to do & what will the cost be was all I had in mind.
I can't thank Mike enough for the professionalism & care he took with a total stranger & potential customer in these uncertain times we are in.
Campbell"s TempaCure will be my first & I am sure only call I will need to make if they are needed down the road!!

Woke up on a cold morning to no heat. Called Campbell's Tempracure, as they were our local Lennox dealer. Mike was very responsive, incredibly knowlegeable and very empathetic. He was quick to resolve our problem at a very reasonable price. Often times, as a consumer, you worry about being "upsold" or "over-sold" a service - that was absolutely not the case with Mike. I would highly recommend him to family and friends!

Mike and Campbell's Tempracure has been my go-to HVAC service, repair, and replacement for almost 15 years. He is always efficient, fair, and considerate. In a recent incident when I came home from vacation to a frozen house, he was over ASAP and connected me with plumbers to help deal with any frozen pipe issues. I can't imagine using another company for my HVAC needs.

Mike was knowledgeable and explained everything. His crew removed our old HVAC system and replaced it with a new, more efficient Carrier system quickly and with minimum fuss. I would heartily recommend them.

Campbell's has straightened out some inappropriate work done by OTHERS. They have maintained our systems and as the systems aged they have guided us through replacement. Astonishingly they did NOT over sell us on a more expensive solution I selected. They explained why that would not be best for us. Then they did a great job of installing the appropriate solution for our home. WELL DONE.

Very disappointed with Mike and his Company. Contacted company on Thursday for appointment to replace furnace and air unit. Mike called me Monday am to discuss my situation. He stated that he had two stops to make before he could come and said that he would come around noon or a little later. I waited in the house delaying yard work so I
would not miss his call if he called. He never showed up.
The next day he called to tell me he was on the way to my house. I responded that I was not home and that he was supposed to come yesterday . Said he did not remember.
We finally met and I told him that I had brochures and new what I wanted.he stated that as I was replacing both units that was not the right unit to install. He said that I should go with an upgrade from what I had in mind and that he had some units left over in his inventory and the air unit would be upgraded as well More expensive but it would be a better fit. I am and adult and have no one but myself to blame as I let him talk me into what he was promoting. Shame on me.
Work has been completed and I am not happy with the results He called me on November 28 to inquire how the furnace was working. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the results and told me he would come out to resolve the problems.and that he could not come until Friday the 2nd of December. Tomorrow will be December 9th and I have not seen or heard from him.
I know the equipment I was sold was not needed for the area as I have zoned heating. It was over kill.
A sever statement but can be verified by the info we were given by the installer who stated that the air unit was so big it could not be installed without removing the case that it was in. I mean the frame not the packaging that it was shipped in.Installer had to break the case the unit was supposed to be installed in. They said this in front of my wife and myself. As stated above I accept responsible for allowing my self to be persuaded to by this upgrade .
My feelings is that Mike is in the wrong business. He should be selling used cars.
How can you make two appointments and not show up.
With the current devices all one {who's in business) has to do is enter into phone. Very disappointed with Mike and his company. Would not recommend this company to anyone and I'm very sorry I chose them to do the work.
Needless to say I'm very disappointed with my experience .
