My family has been a customer of the Wantuck family business for 40+ years. We keep coming back for heating and A/C products and services because of their quality, fair prices, and reliability. Why mess with a good thing? Highly recommended.

We use Wantuck for our regular maintenance. But after my air conditioning system broke, Wantuck Comfort Solutions was quick to give a VERY good quote (they were many hundreds less than competitors!), came quickly on the hottest day of the year, and efficiently replaced our whole AC system. Kristen was easy to work with, and worked really hard to help us in our hour of need; she was especially helpful in getting us great financing. Jaime came early to our house and installed our new Carrier system. By mid-afternoon, our AC was back up and running strong. I HIGHLY recommend Wantuck Comfort Solutions!

I had a particular problem with my water heater that (2) other vendors could not figure out many years ago. Wantuck came in and diagnosed the problem in minutes. I have happily used them ever since. This was a seasonal call to check & balance the AC. I have yearly contract for this service with Wantuck and it pays in dividends. I and my father before me have been with Wantuck for years. The service men are knowledgeable, communicative and use the time professionally. This is a dependable company.

The technician diagnose my issue my furnace within 5 minutes and had it repaired in 20-30 minutes. When two other company's couldn't tell what the issue was. I greatly appreciate the service that WAS done for my family and myself. I'll will be Getting in contact with Wantuck for future appointments and for regular ups. Thank you guys.

We love working with Wantuck. When we need assistance, they show up at the scheduled time. Sometimes, they've come over the same day we made the call. Their service personnel are knowledgeable and always very pleasant. Their charges are also reasonable especially considering the quality of their service.

We called Wantuck on a frigid night in January 25 years ago and they fixed the problem in minutes and we had a heated house again in no time. They have remained absolutely efficient and reliable since then as our go-to company for heating and air-conditioning. Now our daughter and her husband, who recently bought her own house has made them her company as well.

We have been dealing with Wantuck for quite sometime. We always receive courteous service when we call there.

All of the technicians that have come to our home have been very polite and always explain what they are doing.

Whether we have had a service call or annual maintenance we have been very pleased with the service we receive.

Recent;y (2/15/18) our furnace broke down. It's practically new. With so many Heating/AC providers available we weren't sure who to call and which one would be honest, qualified and above all not charge us an arm and a leg to fix the problem. We spent the night without heat and called Wantuck the following morning.
As per our experience we hit the "Lotto", with Wantuck they fixed the problem.
Even though the problem was very hard to pinpoint Mike, our service tech would not give up. He worked very hard to resolve the problem. He set up and climbed the ladder to the roof line to check the chimney flue for an obstruction. Other service people as per " our " experience would not bother or give us some tech talk excuse that the problem was with some strange sounding part in the furnace?
I asked Mike a lot of questions and he professionally and patiently answered each one!
He's a great , highly qualified honest guy! Even though I have not had experience with all of Wantucks service staff I am sure all of Wantucks service people reflect the same work ethic, very qualified and honest including support staff, Monica. What's more I couldn't believe his boss Bill came to our home to make sure everything was good!
Turns out the problem was with an elbow leading out from the furnace that was loosen by falling icicles causing our heater to flame on and off.

Aside from fixing the problem the biggest relief was that Wantuck charged us just for the service call!!! You never know we could of been unknowing victims of an unscrupulous vendor charging more for unneeded parts and labor. Yet they were very fair. Hard to find in this world nowadays. Thanks, 'Wantuck"!
