I have been using Wantuck since we first purchased our home. The previous home owner used their services and they came highly recommended.
Our first experience with a furnace issue happened days before Christmas. Our furnace had to be replaced and we took the opportunity to upgrade to a more efficient unit. The New unit was installed and running in time for Christmas Eve and our holiday plans were not spoiled.

20+ years later and relatively regular maintenance has made us happy customers.

Wantuck came out quickly and was able to help us! Brandon was professional, thoughtful, and did everything he could to make sure our family stayed warm. We wouldn’t call anyone else after working with them. Highly recommend.

Wantuck installed our HVAC system 9 years ago and have serviced it ever since then. We have generally been satisfied with the system performance and with the twice-a-year cleaning and maintenance service. However, until Alex G. showed up this week for the spring service call, we didn't know what real service is. Besides being friendly, quick, responsive, professional, and easy to work with, he performed a much more thorough cleaning job than anything we had experienced previously. We definitely will request him for future service calls.

It is just wonderful having Wantuck Comfort Solutions so close. Everyone I deal with from Wantuck employees (whether the office staff or the service technicians) are always so Professional and Courteous. Jaime was so polite and clean while installing my new HVAC equipment. Monica is always on top of things (keeping me CALM when I am having a panic attack or just asking questions) about the new HVAC system. I feel at ease when dealing with Wantuck Comfort Solutions!! I feel I need to give this revue if you’re in search to fix your air conditioner or Heater I truly recommend Wantuck Comfort Solutions. I recently had to get my heater fixed it wouldn’t start and it was very cold out and I tried to call three different companies in the area and they all wanted me to make an appointment with them to come out in three or four days because there too busy until then. My wife and I were too cold to wait that long. But I finely called Wantuck Comfort Solutions at around 1pm suggested by a friend and they said to me, would you mind if we come out around 10pm today or is that too late for you? To my surprise, I said YES, come out that would be great. They came out on time and the young man had it working in no time at all. I say, try this company, you won’t be disappointed, their very nice people.

As a landlord, we have used Wantuck for years and found their professional service to be of great value to both ourselves and our tenants. They are responsive to emergency calls and very professionally when ever they go on site. We also use them for regular spring and fall checkups to make sure everything is up to spec. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend these folks.

I highly recommend this business! We live in an older building and wanted to upgrade from our windows units. Bill came out and did an estimate for installation, and their pricing for a Carrier ductless AC was much more reasonable than others. Installation workers were very professional and went above and beyond to get our system right. Thanks for the great service.
