The customer service rep who took my call was very polite and helpful, and she was able to answer all of my questions about the process of getting my air conditioner fixed.

Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning was able to send one of their staff members out on a weekend, which I really appreciated. The worker called and said he'd be there in about an hour and a half.
