Had a 30 year old cast iron boiler system with some cold radiators. It could've been repaired with some new parts, but we decided to go with a brand new high efficiency boiler replacement instead since it's already 30 years old. Ray was quite responsive and easy to communicate with.

He gave us a reasonable quote and was able to start working just 2 days later. There was a small hiccup with the boiler being a bit too big for our house so they decided to go with a smaller more appropriately sized unit instead.

Marco did most of the boiler install and was easy to work with when we had questions or concerns. There was a small water leak as well as a small gas leak that we noticed, but it was something he easily fixed. As with any installation from any contractor, check it out yourself for any issues like that.

Overall, if you want a reasonable quote, quick to start installs, and easy communication, I would recommend them for your heating installs.

I had a leak on one of my vent for my hvac. Instead of helping me do a quick and fast fix, they quoted me for a full hvac system replacement, who does that? The reason wasn't specified, other furnace was looked at for 1 min and wasn't fully tested to see if it shut down and restart properly. They charged me for $185.00, I wasn't happy at all. I called John's HVAC next and he told me the same vent was just loose and he reapply pvc pipe sealant and it was fix. Besides that John also ran through what Mose from Claudio did and only charged me $100.00 and also told me to change the whole system upstairs would onlu cost $3,000 even. He was also licensed & insured.
