I rarely post reviews, but I had such a tremendous experience from start to finish. Initially had a different HVAC company conduct an assessment on some noise coming from my compressor. Initial company's tech seemed to be unsure of the problem, had to call a few folks and then they determined best route may be to replace the entire system from compressor to coils despite the fact that my system was less than a year old. Called Service Pro for a second opinion. Office manager was very friendly and able to get a tech out the same day. John was the tech that came out and his approach was very thorough. Checked on the whole system and was able to make the repair as necessary while he explained everything. I would highly recommend Service Pro Titans over any of the name brand giants in the area.

Jeffrey was great to work with! He was thorough diagnosing the issue, took his time explaining the situation and next steps possibly needed ongoing. He fixed my AC with many challenges of an old unit. I highly recommend Jeffrey and his team! Thanks for the great support on a Sat!

My circulation pump failed on my boiler system on a very cold day. Jeffrey came by on the same day to repair the unit. Very professional and very friendly. Definitely use Service Pro Titans again.

We originally called this company 2 winters ago when our furnace went out. We wanted to work w/ a business in the Bridgeport neighborhood, where we live & we took a shot w/ them. They were quick, thorough (same day) & also explained in detail (& in lay-person terms) what was going on, what it needed to get up & running right away & also long term.

Since then, we've subscribed to their maintenance service plan through each of Chicago's demanding weather seasons & on the most recent pre-summer HVAC system review/tune up, Jeffrey & his team found that our AC compressor was dead & ultimately needed to be replaced. I have a (former-life) background in basic HVAC principles & there was no BS involved w/ this crew.

We told them our needs, financial situation & they provided various quotes & options the same day & were at our house removing our old & installing our new whole home AC system the next day. Plus, their pricing was very reasonable, especially for Chicago'$ crazy pricing for most anything.

Our system was 17-18 years old & needed a lot of work to get it out & the technicians were in & out in 2 working days. They were on time, courteous, took extra care in & out of our home (w/ grass, carpet, tile, etc), cleaned up after themselves & were also courteous to the needs of our senior pets in the process. Jeffrey was there to start & finish the job himself (later realized he was the business President) & didn't leave until he gave us a detailed run through of all of our equipment.

We'll continue to work w/ Service Pro Titans as long as we are in Chicago & would recommend them to any of our friends who asked as well.

PS: I dont usually bother writing business reviews (good or bad) on anything, but this experience made me feel the need to.

I recently purchased a home. Being older and a little bit of a fixer, I called Service Pro Titans to move my intake vent, move another floor vent, and potentially move duct work going to the second floor. Jeffery was knowledgeable, worked around my schedule, was responsive, and followed through on everything we discussed. My HVAC situation was unique and Jeffery laid out all my options… no matter how long it took. I couldn’t be happier with the end product and would highly recommend their services.

Very satisfied with service from Service Pro Titans. The technician was very responsive and diligent. I called Service Pro Titans just for maintenance and they found that the unit was not installed properly. The HVAC was installed by another company and water was accumulating in the unit. Service Pro Titans professional took care of the water issue and and provided some recommendations on care. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

Cannot say enough great things about Service Pro Titans! I initially contacted them via Yelp for HVAC installation, and they ultimately did a handful of projects for me. I'm currently renovating my home, and was looking to convert from boiler/radiator system to HVAC/forced air. Being an older home, there were a handful of hiccups along the way, but Jeffrey was very professional with notifying me of any deviations from the original plan and quote. The team was extremely professional and responsive to all of my emails, messages, and requests. After a very positive experience with the HVAC installation, I asked Service Pro Titans to help with ductwork for a dryer and a few other projects. Will definitely keep Service Pro Titans in mind for future home projects!

Several months ago I called Service Pro Titans after a tenant of mine informed me that his A/C was not functioning properly. The next day two service technicians were out and resolved the issue.

On a separate matter, a second tenant called me and let me know his furnace kept shutting down before the thermostat reached the desired temperature; this time I had the tenant call Service Pro Titans directly and the next day his furnace was working properly.

It’s rare to find a company you feel comfortable doing business with, and who you can entrust your tenants too.

I have now hired Service Pro Titans on two separate occasions. The first was to disconnect my old AC unit and the second time to clean out the furnace. I am quite happy with both experiences. One of the worst parts of being a homeowner is many technicians will often not explain or give insufficient detail as to the service they're providing which leaves you in the dark. That was the opposite with both technicians. They answered all my questions. They are also very quick to book appointments and give you a heads up when the tech is 20 minutes away. The small details count.

Highly recommend. I know I will be contacting them again.
