Jeffery did a superb job in repairing my furnace.He not only corrected the problems that existed, but he explained step by step about my furnace, as if I was an on the job trainee. It was fascinating watching him work.I learned so much. I asked if he could do the maintenance of my furnace every year. I would like only him to perform maintenance on my AC & furnace every year. I am sure he is an asset to your company.

At the beginning of the air conditioning season, my system stopped working. I called out Service Pro Titans and the two technicians worked together to analyze my problem — my 20-year-old furnace was dying. They replaced the furnace with a wonderful new one that was FAR more energy-efficient and very quiet. We had the best air conditioning since we moved into the house. As the heating season has come, we’ve been amazed at the consistency of the temperature in the house. We are very pleased with Service Pro Titans.
