Jeffrey and his team completely overhauled our HVAC system at our house in Chicago! They installed a new furnace and AC condenser and completely redid our outdated ducting. I'm so thrilled with the results, the new high efficiency system looks and functions amazingly, and I'm looking forward to the cost savings on our electric bill. Jeffrey's team was always prompt, on time and very courteous. Their pricing was always itemized clearly and upfront. Invoices and receipts were sent promptly and professionally (not scribbled on a piece of paper like other contractors sometimes do). Normally I would expect a company such a high degree of professionalism to cost much more than average contractor and I was surprised at their quote actually came in at just around the same price as other companies. We will definitely be using these guys in the future and recommending them to our friends!! Great job, and thank you Service Pro Titans!

Such great service! I had to have my a/c replaced during one of our terrible heat waves and Jeffrey came out promptly to assess the situation. He emailed me later that day informing me that I would need a new appliance which given their prices was more than reasonable!

We went back and forth several times via email, each time he answered my questions patiently and very conscientious of my budget. The office staff are just as lovely! They were great working around my work schedule and very considerate of my time.

The install took about a day and it was done quickly and efficiently. I opted in to get their service plan, which comes with a slight discount on the appliance if you need it repaired plus a bonus towards any a/c or furnace in the future. Also, the a/c is a welcomed upgrade, it's very quiet and their techs were so professional.

Jeffrey Francis and his Service Pro Titans team were fantastic to work with. They were all very professional and highly efficient and timely with their work. They installed a ceiling mount HVAC heating/cooling system in my apartment and they made it look effortless. They also did a great job with the drywall and cleanup after the installment. I highly recommend this company and team. They do high quality work!

Hired them to replace our HVAC after our furnace broke down. Excellent experience overall. Jeffrey was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took the time answer questions. The office staff were also friendly, helpful and responsive.

The technicians called before arriving, showed up promptly, and fixed my AC in a very timely manner. They were very friendly and they made sure to clean up before leaving so I didn’t have a mess. 5 stars for Service Pro Titans! First, it's a family owned small business. Second, the price is very fair. Third, Jeffrey, the owner, and his team are professional and courteous. Finally and most importantly, the service is excellent! We had a water heater that broke this past fall. Even though we turned it off, it still occasionally leaked and we needed to replace it immediately. Service Pro Titans came 2 days later to replace it. Then, after the new heater was installed, Jeffrey called us personally to check in and make sure we were satisfied! We are totally satisfied and highly recommend them! Thank you Service Pro Titans!!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replace. They quoted me a new furnace at half the price as their competitor. Jeffrey was great. He was helpful and responsive to all my messages. They came out the next day that my unit broke. The technicians were very courteous and efficient. The removed the old unit and installed the new unit very quickly. I was very pleased with the service and I feel a sense of comfort after working with them. Thanks guys!

Everything about my experience with service pro Titans was five stars. We needed to install a heating system in our bedroom before the Chicago winter got unbearably cold. My wife and I just had our first baby and so the need to install this system quickly was very high on our priority list. I called them and they came out the next day to get me a quote and began install a few days after. It was below freezing outside the day they came to install but they didn't reschedule and installed the whole system the same day. Much gratitude.

We turned on the AC on Friday when the temperature reached 90 degrees. By Saturday afternoon, we realized that the five year old AC was not cooling at all. I called our regular HVAC provider and received a lecture from a technician who then told me he would have someone call me on Monday for an appointment. So I called Service Pro Titans instead. Jeffrey called me back almost immediately and asked me whether I needed him to come over right away or the next day.

Jeffrey came promptly this morning and took the time to check everything thoroughly and explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand without being condescending: what was wrong, what he was doing and why he was doing it and waited to see that everything was working well before leaving. The price was reasonable too despite it being a Sunday.

I am extremely satisfied with Jeffrey and Service Pro Titans and will obtain all HVAC service from this company from now on. Highly recommended. Thank you, Service Pro Titans.
