Pinnacle sent a tech very fast and he was very nice and a total professional. We moved to an old bungalow with old heating last year and got a few quotes to install a furnace. Most of other quotes were outrages and basically pre-boxed quotes. Jimmy worked with us to find the best model and configuration - he totally went the extra mile!

Today Pinnacle Heating & Cooling, Inc installed a heat pump at my house. I felt they were knowledgeable about what they installed, they answered all my questions and were neat and tidy and professional. I highly recommend them for all heating needs at your house.

When I called to ask how much an AC leek would cost, the business said it was impossible to provide a quote on the phone. I even asked for a range of prices or for the average price. They said they wouldn’t provide the information. I nevertheless agreed to have a technician come out. The cost of a visit is $125 and is not refundable. On the way to my home, over the phone, the technician said the price would be $1,500. How can the technician provide a few quote before even visiting the unit? I thought you couldn’t do that over the phone? Find someone else.

Calling Pinnacle Heating & Cooling, Inc was the best thing I did. I needed my parent’s HVAC checked and the guy at the office answered the phone. He met with me exactly on time, he assessed the situation with skill, knowledge, experience, and efficiency. I'm incredibly happy with the results.

I called in the morning for a same day appointment to have my furnace fixed. After confirming an appointment between 4:30-6:30P, I was waiting at home for the repairman to come. After calling and asking for an ETA a few times within that window and being told the technician would call me with an ETA, I heard nothing. Not only did I not get a call with an ETA, the technician NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. It is now the next morning and I still have heard nothing from Pinnacle. To say this level of responsiveness and lack of accountability is a joke to say the least. I would not recommend these guys to anyone who actually needs HVAC work done. I would recommend them if you’re looking to be catfished.

Very glad that I came across Pinnacle Heating & Cooling, Inc. Their services are incredible and efficient. I'm so grateful to them for what they did for us, very prompt and solved our problem in a timely manner. I will use them again. Great!!

Chris was professional! He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. What in enjoyed the most is that he was competent. I’m used to people drumming up problems to make money, but he was sincere and let us know that we had pretty good systems. Spectacular!!

I could never recommend this company. HORRIBLE follow through. I scheduled 3 appointments, the second 2 were reschedules, and ALL 3 TIMES NOBODY SHOWED UP OR EVEN CALLED. Each time I called them to ask what’s going on they said someone would call me back shortly and nobody did. This company is disrespectful and unprofessional. Do not waste your time with booking ‘fake’ appointments with these jokers.
