Amazing service!! They were here within 30 minutes of our calling and Chris our service tech was super friendly and knowledgeable! He was able to fix our immediate issue and took the time to check out our air conditioner to make sure everything else was good to go! Would 100% recommend them!!

Chris is simply wonderful. He takes pride in what he does and it’s fun to watch him work. He showed up quickly to service our A/C when it went out on a hot day. He had it working in no time. I would definitely recommend.

I would write a more in depth review but they never showed! Even after the appointment time had past I never received a call and get this they didn’t answer the phone either. The next day I call at like 9am to be told a tech would come help right away and they didn’t know how this happened and I’m like ok you were supposed to come yesterday but whatever.I’ve been waiting for a phone call that’s supposed to come “very shortly” but still hasn’t 4 hours after I called this morning to ask why they didn’t show up. Don’t give these clowns your money I canceled mine and have someone else coming same day save yourself the stress and wasted time.

When you call them, they will ask if you want a regular service call or "premium membership." If you choose regular service call, they will ignore your service appointment if they are overbooked (and they likely overbook as a policy).

To anyone looking for heating and cooling services, we would suggest them.

I scheduled my first appointment for Friday (they did not show up); called back and rescheduled for Monday. They did not show up again. Neither time I called about the missed appointment did they seem to care about not showing up. Since they did not give me any reason to try to reschedule for a third time, I did not do so.
