    Excellent service from Pinnacle! They were very patient and answered all my questions even before I agreed to hire them. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. He checked my entire system before giving me a report on what was broken and other maintenance issues. The price was great and my heating is better than ever!

    I waited a couple of weeks as I usually do to ensure my positive feedback was sustained. Mark Certified AC Technician from Pinnacle Heating, came by to assess the reason for my AC not cooling sufficiently. While I did not tell him, my cousin had diagnosed the issue but I needed a second opinion. Mark was professional and knowledgeable . He had to wait for the coils to de-ice but came back promptly in the afternoon, and not only diagnosed the issue but took pics with his smartphone and explained the reason for the AC leak. I asked if I could call my cousin and had them collaborate on the solution. I would highly recommend this company!

    Worst experience I’ve ever had!! I would not recommend this company to anyone! I called Pinnacle and spoke with a man named Phil about having a service man come out and install a heater for me that I purchased. He said that would be no problem at all and he would be able to send someone that afternoon. I asked how much something like that would cost and he said just $99/hr depending on how long it takes him. That seemed fair so I moved forward. A few hours later a service man comes to my door and thinks he’s repairing a furnace and has no clue that I requested an install. To start, it seemed like a huge inconvenience for the tech to be here from the moment I opened my door. It was around noon and he looked extremely tired like he was ready for bed! He told me that it would cost me the price I paid for the unit to install and that he could not do it but someone else can at a later time. Basically saying it would cost $1100 for two hours of labor... I called Phil again and asked him why this tech has no clue that he’s suppose to install a heater and why the price is not what you told me over the phone. He seemed confused and didn’t even know who his tech was that’s in my house. Then he tells me that sometimes their tech calls a friend to do service calls if they’re really busy. At this point, I just wanted this stranger that doesn’t even work for the company I called, out of my house. I paid him the $99 service fee for doing absolutely nothing. Waste of my time! I’m still waiting for a call back to see if I can get my $99 back, instead I receive an email that I owe $99... Embarrassing and shame on Pinnacle for doing business like this.
