My furnace went out at the end of January. I called Chicago Heating and Cooling and Pat came out promptly to diagnose the issue and explain everything in detail. He was able to install a new furnace in the next few days, just before the single digit temperatures hit. With small kids at home, this was a life saver. Would definitely recommend this business.

Patrick and his team installed a mini split heating and cooling system for my garage. They were professional in a sense of the word; in and out in very reasonable timeframe, worked around MY busy schedule, and did a very clean installation in my garage, and they even showed me how to use the remote programming. I couldn't be happier with their service. I'll be using them again for my personal furnace and AC maintenance!

Patrick is so great! Highly recommend using him for HVAC repairs if you’re in or around Chicago. Our heat went out during the night, and we called Patrick at 7:00am and he was at our house, and fixed our heat by 8:30am. Very professional, honest, and a great guy. 5 stars!

Patrick and his team are amazing! In the past year and a half we have had to replace both our a/c and furnace. When our a/c went out, we called one of the major companies and were totally disappointed in their service and attempts to upsell us. When we found Patrick and his team, we knew quickly that they were the group we wanted to work with. Great service, trustworthy, super punctual, and good advisors about our options. Our furnace went out during the recent cold snap, and Patrick made himself super available to help us, even though he was deep into another job. The technician he sent in his place did and excellent job and they got a new furnace installed as soon as possible. We cannot recommend this team highly enough!

I have found my new HVAC repair and installation company. Over the weekend during the last heat wave my AC unit stopped working. I got in touch with Patrick in the morning. I knew he would already be slammed with work that day. But he found time to come to my home and quickly diagnose the problem and repair my AC. My AC unit is pretty old. But Patrick did not try to upsell me or make things seem worse than they were. We had an honest discussion about the life left in my AC unit but he said that I still have some time to use my current unit. That kind of honesty earns my loyalty. Feb 2023 - I fried my old thermostat, don’t ask. Once again I reached out to Chicago Heating & Cooling and Pat got in touch with me pretty quickly. I explained I was going to need a new thermostat installed as soon as possible. Pats first concern was if I had heat which fortunately I did. We decided I could wait till the next morning for the repair. The tech showed up & did the install quickly and I could not be happier. I love the new thermostat, it’s much easier to read. Thanks CH&C!
