Texted Pat on the evening of July 4th after noticing that my A/C went out and the temp inside had spiked by 10 degrees in an hour. Not only did he take time to respond on a holiday, he was able to help me troubleshoot the issue via text and suggest 2 possible solutions. I was up and running less than 12 hours later.

Patrick did a great job! After calling six other businesses, he was the only one that was able to service my refrigerator with R-290. He also provided me with a service for my three exhaust fans and a cleaning for both of my HVAC units. I am looking forward to our future business with Patrick!

Called Chicago heating and cooling and was met with a quick answer and solution to my problems. The very sweet receptionist answered all my questions and booked me device call with Patrick. Wonderful company! Pat and his team are friendly, honest, on time, and very responsive! Pat came over to my house one more than one occasion. One was to fix my refrigerator since it stopped working and all my food spoiled, the other was for taking a look at my washer/dryer. Pat had sent out one of his team members/techs to check out my refrigerator in which they were able to navigate the issue, and had replaced my fan inside the fridge that initially wasn’t working- the same day! Chicago Heating and Cooling installed a vent for our dryer that had previously internally vented. They drilled a hole in a drywall wall, ran the vent down two stories in a fire escape stairwell, drilled a hole through a cinderblock wall, and then ran the vent outside through an existing exterior hole. They did excellent work on an unusual job and were fairly priced. They were also very professional and friendly. I would use them again recommend them without hesitation!

I've been using Chicago Heating & Cooling for several years now and I'm very happy with them. They've kept some older a/c and furnace systems going for awhile, and recently installed a new heat pump system. Quality of work is high, and they're good about following up on small issues. Would recommend.

This business is top notch! Great service, on time and affordable. My heat went out on one of the coldest days and they were out within hours to warm us back up again. My first experience was awesome as well my house was so cold in areas and hot in others. Come to find out we had blocked ducts and dampers that were stuck not allowing the heat or air to flow through the house. Again came right out next day to get us up and running fully!!
