THIS IS A LONG REVIEW FROM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

The company was referred to by a family friend. I had been searching for a plumber for months and the ones who actually gave me a quote it landed in the thousands. I was so distressed until I received a call back from the owner, Mr. Burris! I explained to him what my problem was and immediately he said, Ma'am you have a clogged drained but I needed to explain further because the other quotes indicated that I possibly had roots issues, collapse drains and the list went on. Mr. Burris continued to listen to me and again repeated himself, Ma'am you have a clogged drain.

He quoted me a price and scheduled a visit! Fast forward to the day of service---I greeted him at the gate and showed him the huge basin "thingy" in my front yard (I just couldn't believe that it was as simple as a clogged drain). He smiled and asked me to direct him to the basement (oh by the way, that's where the issue was), he completed his assessment, retrieved his tools and began to---You guessed it, unclog the drain!!!! I was dumbfounded!!!!!

But here where, I will not only highly recommend him to anyone but promote his business on my social media pages! The floor under the toilet wasn't even so to compensate he installed 2 ring waxes at no additional charge! He wanted to insure me that it wouldn't leak and it wouldn't rock! Now that's REAL consumer service! Mr. Burris' skill and knowledge is phenomenal! He is a master at his craft! Hear me no one else will service my home for heating, cooling and plumbing! His prices are affordable! For me and my household, We are TEAM Burris & Sons!!!!

Mr. Burris is a professional and very knowledgeable. He takes the time and explain what he is doing and won't overcharge you. I would definitely recommend him for any heating, air and plumbing repairs. I have had to use him for all of them and he has come through everytime. Mr. Burris is a keeper.

My boiler quit on me and I was without heat for 3 days. It took that long to find someone who would come out to detect the problem without charging a ridiculous fee or making bogus promises. Mr. Burris came out on a Sunday afternoon, he was on time and ready to work. He took his time to assess the situation and kept me in the loop with the process the entire time. I could tell he was there to HELP and not just to make a quick dollar. He was able to fix the situation and went out of his way to help me save money as well as educate me on maintenance and how to keep the boiler running without other issues. He called me throughout the night to make sure everything was working properly and told me to feel free to call him if i had any other issues. Even after the job was done and I had questions days later he took my calls and made sure I had a good understanding about what else I needed to do to keep my boiler in great shape. Mr Burris is a man who takes pride in his work and enjoys helping people. He cares about his community and the people in it! The results speak for themselves. He’s my guy from now on!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that I could not diagnose. Mr. Burris spotted the cause quickly, recommended a solution and returned to to fix it, overcoming some unexpected complications with ease and expert creativity. He is a pleasure to do work with. He also has the most interesting and wonderful plumbing/heating van in the country, make sure to read all the signage on it.

Burris and Sons was timely, helpful, and took care of the clog in our plumbing. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and responsiveness to get the job done right.

I just bought a house and for weeks the tub water wasn’t going down quick enough and I let the problem get worse and worse. Needless to say Burris and Sons got the job fixed!! He listened to me complain about what was wrong and immediately after he got his tools and fixed my bathroom sink and tub. I enjoyed doing business with him very polite and informative..as a woman and new homeowner this was very important to have someone I felt comfortable with and someone that wouldn’t try to over charge me. (His price was extremely reasonable)He was confident in what the problem was and even more confident that he could solve it and he did! It was truly a pleasure and a relief to have found him!

I am a new homeowner and within the past year, I have been having issues with sewage coming in my basement. I called Burris and Sons based on the reviews and a 4.8 rating. I explained my issue and I was scheduled for a 2 p.m. appointment on the weekend. Mr. Burris showed up before the scheduled time and went directly to the source of the problem. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why it was being done. He also gave advice and suggestions on how to maintain an open system. I wish I had known about Mr. Burris sooner, I could have saved a lot of money renter augers from Home Depot. I highly recommend Burris and Sons for any plumbing issue. Thank you Mr. Burris

Called Mr. Burris yesterday to schedule service for my shower today and I was not disappointed! He showed up full of energy, knowledge and know-how! He even showed me how to remove my drain (all my attempts in the past were unsuccessful) on my own! He worked quickly with great professionalism and humor. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Burris is courteous, knowledgeable, funny and very professional. He has done great work in our home over the past couple of years and we have never had to have him come back for a do over. I called him this morning for an issue with sewer gas in our 1st floor bathroom and by this afternoon, it was all taken care of.
