Mr Burris came out to check and clean the boiler. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, inexpensive, friendly and honest. He had the boiler up and running in a timely manner.

Last year when I made an appointment, Mr. Burris did not show up on the agreed date. He said he had it scheduled for a different day and I was willing to reschedule . But when he boasted about being the only one who is fair to “females” who know nothing about HVAC, I’m sure he meant that in the most positive way, but I declined to have him in my home. The flowery quotes are nice and I like old school, but the implicit chauvinism is just not for me.
I’m sure he will have something to say, but those are just the facts and my experience.

When I called Burris and Sons, I didn't expect him to tell me he would come on Sunday. But, Mr. Burris proved to me how dedicated he is to serving his customers., especially after having to see the eye doctor just before arriving at my home. I call this true customer service.
I called him for a problem with my toilet after two other plumbers said I needed a new toilet. Mr. Burris fixed the original problem and saw that I needed a shut-off valve which he also added. He also gave me a lesson on how valuable my toilet is and why I didn't need a new toilet.
