Mr Burris is the Best I’ve ever dealt with , he was professional and very Knowledgeable and so down to earth . He got my old boiler working when no one else would, he a Genius , I would recommend him to all my friends and Family and associates

Mr. Burris is a rockstar! He was prompt and kept his promise, which is rare these days. I would trust him for any of my plumbing needs!

I called to ask about pricing and he told me he doesn’t do free estimates and hung up without another word. Very rude. It surprised me a lot. I wasn’t even given the chance to schedule an estimate.

Mr. Burris was very friendly and personable during the service. He was sure to throughly explain the issues I was having with my air conditioning/thermostat. I am appreciative of his services and if necessary I will be calling Burris & Sons for my needs.

I called on a Sunday and set up appointment for Monday. I was called back the same day by Mr. Burris and he had time to check out my issue the same day. While I was trying to avoid plumbers' weekend rates he assured me that there is no difference in cost of service regardless of which day you call them. Mr. Burris was able to quickly diagnose my problem and repair my broken pipes in an expeditious manner. Everyone from receptionist to Mr. Burris himself were very professional throughout my entire process. Great service. Don't hesitate to use Burris & Sons!!!

He arrived on time, walked me through the diagnosis, showed me what went wrong, and showed me how to fix it next time. His charge was reasonable and has a great sense of humor. I will recommend him to my friend and associates.

Mr. Burris is hilarious! But most of all Mr. Burris is very knowledgeable and professional. Rates were reasonable when he repaired our boiler heater. I called him back to keep our heating system in good shape and cleaned

Mr Burris was professional, courteous, very experienced and God sent. I called him to light the pilot on my electric hot water tank and he noticed that it had water damage from a flood and said we may have to get a new one. He then realized that he could try one more thing and just happen to have the specific wires on hand and he got it working. He saved us hundreds of dollars by fixing what many felt like was a lost cause. Thank God for Mr. Burris!
