My Sink has been saved , I have been trying to unclog the kitchen drain for a Month with two well known plumbing companys who previously attempted and failed . Mr.Burris came in and explained play by play on what he was doing and how to maintain a clear drain in the future , now I can rest assured that I will not use anyone else but Burris & Sons if I have anymore troubles...Thank you Sir I think you saved my Marriage lol .

I had just closed on my house on 03/26/20 Wednesday, and then discovered a little puddle of water in my basement by the floor drain and furnace today, 03/28/20 Sat. I have not even moved in my house yet so I was freaking out. The home warranty company I purchased, American Home Shield Warranty, were horrible! When I called them to send a plumber, they said they would send one asap and have them call me. Well, I kept calling them, and gave up after waiting for three hours since no one would follow up on my service request.

So, I decided to do a google search for plumbers and found Mr. Burris' company. I decided to call them. Mr. Burris called me in less than an hour and asked what the problem was. When I told him the problem, he said that he was coming right away.

Not only did Mr. Burris diagnose the problem right away, he fixed it. The water turned out not to be anything major. Mr. Burris was honest and he did not try to advantage of me since I was a new homeowner. He went above and beyond his duty. He educated me on my heating, cooling, and plumbing system and that is priceless.

Thank God for Mr. Burris. He is the best in the industry! And I highly recommend him.

Mr. Burris is amazing. He is a master plumber and he knows how to maintain and repair steam boilers better than anyone I’ve seen. Not only will he fix your boiler (I was certain that mine was beyond repair - I was wrong) but he’ll show you how to maintain it. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. His prices were fair. I ll definitely call him first for all of my heating and plumbing needs.

Recently, I bought a home and had some issues with the hot water heater. I contacted the Burris and Sons company to see if they could help me with my issue and receptionist was kind with helping outline my issue and provided me some times over the weekend for when Mr. Burris could help with my water heater issue which I am particularly grateful he works weekends. So Burris did a follow up before he arrived at my home to make sure he was bringing the right parts.

He arrived early, and he first contacted the water heater company to see if he could save me some money on parts. Then as he fixed the water heater, he told me exactly what he was doing. I really appreciate the work he did.

Mr. Burris came to fix my furnace today and did a great job! He was fast efficient and effective! Not only did he fix my furnace, I also had an issue with my kitchen faucet and asked him to look at it on his way out. Well that was a quick fix also! If you want great service with the right price, I highly recommend Burris & Sons!

I called Mr. Burris at an ungodly hour. Not only did he show up at the crack of day, he stayed until the job was done. He routed the kitchen line all the way to the catch basin, replaced the p trap, installed a new faucet and left the work area cleaner than he found it. His decades of experience saved me thousands in potential damage, because he identified an unseen problem with my sump pump. He even loaned me a better pump (for free) until I could afford one. His quick response time, dedication and customer service is why I will always call Burris & Sons first.

I have been a client of Mr Burris for well over a decade. He keeps our furnace humming Our unit is what is considered vintage. I also have recommended Mr Burris to family and friends; he's always the go to person with his vast experience, knowledge, and customer service to get the job DONE! Highly recommended.
