Mr. Burris is the only person I call when my furnace needs servicing. My family have been loyal customers for over 30years. We can always count on him to be honest, fair and exceptionally quick to respond and fix the problem right away! If you’re looking for a company to treat you right, look no further.

Mr. Burris is very resourceful! He walked me through knowing what the cause of my water leak was and directed me to other professionals who specialized in my particular issue that caused the leak in my bathroom. Great connections, good spirited, and highly recommended.

Mr Burris is a charming, mature gentleman who comes across as friendly and helpful. He was very chatty and VERY persuasive that he talked me out of cleaning out the sewer line. He suggested he could save me money by pouring vast amounts of rock salt down the drains and inside the catch basin. Foolishly, I agreed and paid for that service.
The problem, however, was not resolved. I called back the next day, and Mr Burris came back to rod out the sewer line as I originally requested. Given all the talk of him being fair and just etc, I thought he would deduct the money I already paid previously for him to put rock salt down the drain. After all, he promised it would work and it would save me money. No such luck!
Less than 6 months later, unlike ever before, the sewer line was blocked again. This time, the blockage was more extensive. Instead of having a clear sewer line for at least a year, I had to spend more to clean out a bigger mess. I had mud backing up out of my drains even.

Mr Burris, it would be nice and just, if one of these days you acknowledged at least one of your mistakes. Witty, passive-aggressive comments blaming your customers can only get you so far, Sir.

Mr Burris came out on a Saturday evening and got my AC unit going on a very humid day. Mr.Burris also gave me a tutorial on preventive maintenance as well. I would refer him to everyone !!!!!
