I love using Jesse heating and cooling. The techs always know what they're doing and they are very efficient. They don't mind walking you through what they're doing or what was done wrong. They are always inside their 'window' that is given before hand. They have a lot of people on their crew to go around and you don't have to wait days or a week to schedule with them.

Their repairmen are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Their office personnel is awesome also. I’ve used Jesse Heating and Cooling at different residences since around 2002. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the service...from the people who answer the phones to the service tech and finally the men who just left after installing a new furnace on a 90 degree day when they had to crawl around in an attic! We now have new furnace so our central air is working!! I will recommend them to anyone needing heat or air and they came on time and at the price quoted.

Bruce came out about two hours after we called by agreeing to pay overtime rather than waiting until next week. Our air conditioner compressor wasn't coming on and it was getting hot inside. Bruce was friendly and professional and took care of the problem right away and checked out the rest of the systerm.
