Jayson was our tech and was very kind and knowledgeable. Explained things in a friendly and easy manner so nothing was confusing or left as an unanswered question. Wasn't phased by our toddler's antics and took care of everything he needed to.
We've used Castle for a few years now and they always get things taken care of in a timely fashion and friendly manner. They're pretty great!

We arrived home after being gone a couple of days to find that our air conditioner wasn’t cooling the house. We called and an hour later Neil was here and replaced a capacitor that had blown. We are up and running just a couple of hours after finding there was an issue. We really appreciate the great service Castle has always provided!

I highly recommend this company. We couldn’t have asked for a better technician. Steven explained everything step-by-step and he was very proficient, personable, and timely. We requested his service as a second opinion, and he was able to save us over $1,000 from what we were quoted from the first company. The other company was going to replace a very large component, but Steven was able to determine that is was actually a smaller component that was the main issue.The AC is now blowing out ice cold air, and we are so satisfied with the service provided by Steven.
