Furnace quit working, circuit board failed. Part ordered, 6 days later part was installed. Castle did provide 2 space heaters that did make the wait tolerable. We have heat now!
Update: Four days later furnace failed to heat. I could not call because of Christmas holiday. Called Tuesday morning, and restarted furnace. It seemed to be heating. Austin came out at 11 AM, made some minor adjustments, he thought snow had been blown into the exhaust or intake pipe and caused the furnace to shut down, until I restarted it. Seems to be working fine so far. Thank you Austin!!

I had them come out for an estimate to havey ductwork cleaned. He was very thorough with what they offer and howuch it cost.

Some of the nicest people I have ever met will only use Castle from here on out.

I woke up Saturday morning with no heat and my house was FREEZING. I called castle and got a hold of Neil. He was on another call, but he said he would get to me. When he got here, he went through my whole furnace, climbed on the roof and even checked in the attic. He was here for a good 2-3 hours making sure I had good heat before he left. He even showed me that when he got there the air coming out of my vents was only 74°, and by the time he left it was 120°. I was highly impressed with Neil, and would recommend him to anyone. I can't speak on the other techs, but Neil went above and beyond while he was at my house on the job. Castle is lucky to have such a great tech who is knowledgeable in the industry, friendly, explains what he is doing along the way, and wasn't afraid to do what it took to get the job done. I really appreciated Neil and him getting my heat back working in a timely manner!
