We had new furnace and AC installed 3 years ago and we continue to have tune ups through the club program. Tyler was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. Very friendly office staff and great at communicating. I have been so happy with the efficiency of the units and our savings. I trust the team to do great work.
My whole experience with Cassel has been excellent! They texted me a reminder that it was time for my tuneup and I was able to schedule it right then with ease. I then received a text with a picture of the technician that was coming and his bio. Tom came out to do maintenance on both of my systems and was so thorough! He did a great job in explaining all that he did and what he found, and gave me several options on what had to be taken care of. He was also very prompt and courteous and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommend them!
I would truly recommend Castle Home Comfort for any service you need with heating and cooling. I had a complete new system installed and was very pleased from start to finish. Castle Home Heating has the most qualified technicians I have seen when dealing with heating and air. Have a question they explain it so you know what is going and why. When they were done everything was cleaned up and taken with them. From the office to sales to installation was excellent. Glad I choose Castle Home Comfort.
Updated review from 5 to 3 stars. I was quoted $800 for a damper motor and $100 to come install it. I found the same motor online for $100. It is frustrating to feel taken advantage of. I ordered the part online myself and installed per the instructions that came with it. I will not be using Castle in the future. Seems like they are inflating their prices.

Tyler was professional, polite, and efficient. He was able to answer all our questions and offer some advice for easier maintenance of our systems. We have enjoyed working with Castle technicians for over 7 years now.
Called them for a second opinion after being told I needed a whole new furnace. Clay came out. He was very nice and very professional. He checked out everything and only had to fix one wire and one part. Now my ac works great $300 later. I am so glad I called!!
We’ve been having intermittent issues with heat this winter and some time last night the heat gave up! I called Castle because of their anytime service fee. Austin called back and was super nice, he showed up quickly and was very helpful and in a great mood for being called so early haha. He was great and got the heat going again!
We have used Castle several times and have been very happy with them. We came back from vacation and our AC wasn't working. They got someone out within 24 hours even though they were super busy. They gave us repair options and opinions and talked us through all of our options. Our system is old, so replacement might be a better option than repairs. They're sending someone out to do an estimate for system replacement so that we can make our decision on how we want to proceed. They are not pushing us either way, just providing us with all the facts, which we really appreciate.
