Our furnace pilot had been going out and would not stay lit so I put out a request for quotes via Google at night. Although I did receive the service charge quote from others, Scott Griffith of Xtreme Mechanical actually gave me the best idea of what I might expect to pay on an hourly basis (though I understand that quoting specifics of a job really have to be done in person and not over the phone). And he was the only one who committed to an early schedule while others could not because they had no access to their dispatch calendar at the time. I think that as service manager, this gave Scott an advantage to make that decision and I'm grateful he did so. He was able to address all the possible factors and ultimately resolved the problem after first making sure by thorough testing that it was indeed fixed. We have a warm home again! I recommend this company wholeheartedly.
