They installed a new gas fireplace insert 2 years ago, and serviced it yesterday because I had smelled gas. The repairman was efficient, and he was informative. Everything checked out ok.

Relit pilot light on hot water heater and showed me how to do it. Got the burner to light on old gas log fireplace. Fixed the humidifier on the furnace and showed me how to adjust the control. Great professional service!

Jesse came out on an emergency call within a half hour of me reporting the problem and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. It was so helpful that they were that responsive and came immediately to help restore the heat.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Jesse Heating & Air Conditioning! Our A/C went out around 4:00 pm yesterday and they had a tech out to our office by 4:15 pm. Our A/C unit was fixed before the day was over! We really appreciate their thoroughness, punctuality, and willingness to be there in a split second. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to get multiple parts replaced in a matter of an hour or so. Our office highly recommends Jesse H&AC for any of your HVAC needs.

Jesse has installed three furnaces, one heat pump and one space heater for me over the years at different locations. I have yet to be disappointed ln their work or quality of the equipment. They are also my go-to for seasonal maintenance of my equipment. All my experiences with Jesse Heating and Air have had positive conclusions.

I'm a DIYer so was reluctant to call in a pro ... but the tech was great. He diagnosed out heater's problem in 15 minutes, fixed it, and kept the price down. Great company.
