Edit: It has been several months since my first review. I asked Jesse to come install a mini split system in my attic. The estimate process was easy. They did a quick, professional job installing the system. They left everything clean.

Edit: My a/c unit threw errors and stopped running. Jesse came out within 3 hours, replaced one small part, and had it running again. There was no pressure to upgrade/service/replace anything, and the technician was completely professional. Surprisingly low cost for the level of service.

Absolutely love Jessie Heating and Air. Great service and price. They take care of you. Loyal customer for over 20 years and two houses. 20 years ago some other business tried to sell me a new furnace. They fixed it and knew exactly how to fix it. Made me a customer for life! Cannot say enough about how great they are.

The installer showed up at the time we were given and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a gas log installed in our fireplace. He explained how to work the fireplace and answered any questions we had. Whenever we have received service from Jesse's the installer/repair person has always offered excellent service and we feel the prices/charges are fair.

Our AC stopped working all of a sudden during a really hot week. It was not easy to find a company who can send technicians right away. Jesse called me back as soon as someone else canceled and scheduled the service for us. The technician is very nice and explained everything to us. He was able to fix the issue right on the spot and also performed an additional examination. Very good service!
