Older furnace was in need of another repair. Giovanni performed the inspection and clearly articulated the root cause and provided pictures. He presented both repair and replace options. No pressure but patiently walked me thru the decision. Ultimately chose a new furnace. That all was quickly scheduled and the work was done professionally and the crew was very clean. Will highly recommend to anyone.

After being told I had a carbon monoxide leak and needed a new furnace, I called Kats for a second opinion. It turned out that I did not have a leak and the furnace is working perfectly. I had them replace the furnace vent pipe as preventative maintenance. They were great with scheduling, calling to ask if they could come early when they had an opening! Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed.

They called back right away, made it here early, and replaced our furnace the same day. Did a great job explaining everything and were really friendly.
