I was able to get Kats out for an evaluation of our failed HVAC system within 24 hrs. They provided 4 different options for units, pricing / specs, costs, and financing options within 30 minutes of our evaluation. The team came out two days later and had the entire system installed in one day. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and informative. I can’t recommend their services enough.

Submitted a request for an AC/Furnace replacement estimate at 4 p.m. and Giovanni called me and was able to come out in 2 hours after finishing up another job. Giovanni was very professional. He was able to quickly get out to give a quote. Provided detailed proposals after discussion around his recommendations. He’s insured and warranties his work. He’s very friendly and answered all our questions. He was willing and able to shuffle schedule in order to get our “no heat” situation updated. He accommodated our request to take credit cards and split invoice into half down and half when completed. He sent before/after pictures. He kept us up to date as process moved forward. Job was finished a day early! We are confident that we won’t need to use our warranty on product or services but in case we need it, Giovanni will be there. Thank you!

Kara did an amazing job on a very complex installation. Gio and his crew are great to work with and the quality of the install is top notch.

We had our initial inspection of our furnace (fan not working). They quickly located the issue and are in the process of finding us the replacement. Advising they'd make multiple calls, to see who could get it here the fastest, was much appreciated on this hot day. They were professional, gave great explanations and very pleasant to work with.

Both the technician and his supervisor were super cool guys, very respectable, professional, timely, and honest. AC went out in the middle of the heat wave we had a couple of weeks back and these guys were on it faster than I could've imagined. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for AC or HVAC work.
